The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. Everything met my expectations.

Tive uma ótima experiência no Hotel Ilunion Norte Madrid. O quarto estava muito limpo, organizado, aconchegante e atendeu totalmente às minhas expectativas. Foi um ambiente muito confortável para descansar durante a estadia.
O café da manhã também merece destaque. Estava muito completo e com uma boa variedade de pães, frutas e outras opções, totalmente de acordo com o padrão esperado de um hotel 4 estrelas. Além disso, havia opções preparadas na hora e à la carte, como ovos mexidos, omeletes, entre outras, o que tornou o café da manhã ainda melhor.
Toda a equipe foi extremamente simpática, hospitaleira e atenciosa. Foram maravilhosos durante toda a minha estadia e estavam sempre à disposição para ajudar quando necessário.
A academia também foi um ponto positivo. Apesar de não ser muito grande, contava com alguns aparelhos e halteres, sendo suficiente para conseguir realizar um bom treino durante a estadia. Também havia água disponível à vontade, o que foi muito conveniente.
Como único ponto a melhorar, senti falta de mais funcionalidades na televisão. Apesar de ser uma Smart TV, não havia opção de acessar aplicativos como Netflix ou Prime Video, nem de espelhar o celular. Seria interessante disponibilizar essas funções para tornar a experiência dos hóspedes ainda mais completa.

Durante mi estancia, el baño no disponía de escobilla para el inodoro. Considero que este elemento debería estar disponible, ya que es necesario para poder mantener una correcta higiene del baño entre las limpiezas del servicio.hacia falta gel de ducha
