Готель в історичній дуже красивій частині міста. Номери чисті і охайні.
- very comfortable and large bed
- spacious room and bathroom
- room seemed quite recently refurbished and looked nice
- attentive breakfast staff
- very tasty and quite varied breakfast - choice was quite vast, the option to get some cooked meals was great; the selection of fresh fruit also highly commendable - there could be more vegetables, though
- bathroom seemed tired and old - moreover the shower screen didn't keep the water from splashing and leaking and the ventilation was really poor in the bathroom
- location isn't perfect - while not particularly problematic or bad, you have to be aware that reaching the city centre via Metro takes around 30min and the closest station is around 15min walk away from the hotel
- no kettle in the room
- the only water you get in the room is in cans, which isn't a lot; a bottle would be much better

Spacious and nice staff
A bit far from the center of Madrid
The area is clean and safe, with easy access to the metro to reach the city centre and night buses available for getting back to the hotel.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the housekeeping team was incredibly polite and attentive. They cleaned our room every day, changed the towels, and always left us coffee and water.
We had a great stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Хороший отель с отличными (по европейским меркам) завтраками. Отдельная благодарность менеджеру отеля Монике за проявленную теплоту и заботу. Дело в том, что у меня были проблемы со здоровьем, пришлось вызвать неотложную помощь, она организовала мне полный комфорт при общении с врачами, вызвала для нас такси, организовала обед в номер для сына, который остался в отеле. Врачи прописали строгую диету, в ресторане для меня и готовили по этой диете, было приятно! Спасибо!
Завтраки в выходные до 11:00, а в будни оказывается до 10:30. Мы этого не знали и пришли в понедельник ровно в 10:30. Нас отказывались пускать, но мы просто прошли, сказав что на ресепшене нам сказали что завтраки до 11. сели за стол и тут официанты начали демонстративно все уносить буквально из под носа. Мелочь, но не приятно... а так все нормально!
La habitación es completa, espaciosa y agradable. La cama es grande y muy cómoda. La habitación estaba muy limpia.
La insonorización no es la mejor. En la segunda planta se oía los de la habitación de arriba mover muebles y si te toca cerca del ascensor también se oye bastante. Me faltaron amenities en el baño. Siendo un cuatro estrellas me sorprende que no haya acondicionador en la ducha, como persona con pelo largo se agradece.
