Amazing stay in a stunning hotel!
Pros:

Absolutely stunning hotel! The grounds are amazing, the friendliest staff I’ve ever met, clean and comfortable room and lovely food. Fantastic service at the spa with lovely massages. Highly recommend!

Cons:

There was a wedding on so service was a little bit slow but you could tell they were all working their socks off to try to keep all guests happy.

Everything but I must say that the entire estate was absolutely lovely and I would certainly go back.

Cons:

Nothing - if anything, the double classic could’ve been a bit fancier but I’m picking at straws to be honest!!

Overall our stay was very comfortable.
Pros:

Lovely old building set in beautiful grounds. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast good. Lots of choice.

Cons:

The view from our room was of a wall so the room was very dark. Think we were just unlucky as my son and his wife had a beautiful outlook from their room.

Nice historical interest hotel but too expensive with Booking.com
Pros:

Staff were great & food was excellent. Lovely building. Good car parking.

Cons:

We were on 2nd floor with no lift but told first floor. Room (Sirius) was nice but old fashioned with lots of head obstructions including by toilet. Booking.com charged us more than double the hotel rate & you cannot speak to anyone about it or email them.
