Had a fabulous couple of days at this hotel. Booked the Princess Elizabeth suite- just blown away by the history and attention to detail. The staff do everything they can to make you feel like royalty. Was a memorable 20th anniversary trip as a result

We had a tremendous experience at New Hall. The customer service was excellent throughout our stay, and the accommodation was luxurious, high-quality, and very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection and superb quality. Overall, a fantastic stay that we would highly recommend.

I became very unwell during this visit and staff were absolutely incredible in their efforts to care for me, my luggage as well as get me into the local hospital. I can't thank you all enough. Lifesaving.
Lovely hotel, great facilities, room was lovely and clean.
There were just not many staff around. I had to wander about to find someone, although they were very helpful when I did find them.
They also had issues with their card machine meaning I had to walk all the way to the restaurant to settle a room service bill...sort of defeats the object...
Gorgeous venue! The room was beautiful. Staff couldn't do enough for you. The grounds were pristine. The swimming pool and gym were very clean too.

The venue and grounds are beautiful, the staff were great, and the spa is nice.
The trade off for such a beautiful venue and grounds, is that it's old fashioned. No AC or anything so the room gets very hot.
There was an old DVD player under the TV, which frustratingly didn't work.

It’s always so clean here! Staff are so attentive.
Imogen was an absolute angel in the spa helping my partner when he had a hypo! She made it her mission to find us some sugar. The pool is lovely and warm and the grounds are so lovely to walk around.
There’s only one small cubical for changing, that’s a personal thing as I’d prefer to shut my self away!
Again, personal preference, would be nice to be able to order room service before lunch time for a super lazy stay!
Stunning location and property.
Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Room was average but very clean. Comfortable bed with Hypnos mattress.
Excellent breakfast selection good quality food and prompt service.
The bed pillows were dreadful, very thin with no support whatsoever. TV was rubbish too hardly and channels worked and difficult to access. It was just an hotel room, nothing special for such a grand looking place.
