We like the unique style of the hotel and the convenience of the lounge and restaurant onsite.
The pillows were too puffy and thick.
A lot of things could have been better. Like the rooms, cleanness, employee attitude

Too spread out. Was a lot of walking. My room was drafty with below temperature outside.

We were the during anemia con. It was very hectic.

Unsure if the air conditioning machine was working or not or if it was just designed the way it is but we barely felt any A/C in our room.
Our room was dirty and the grouns had remnants of old food all around. The room smelled moldy as well, and we asked to switch room and were accommodated.
In town for a conference. Decent, but tired looking hotel. My room had a musty smell.
The A/C wasn't working. Front desk said they would send Maintenance up at 3pm when he got in. Apparently he never showed for work. I asked to borrow a box fan a could see in the front desk office, and left out door open to pull air in from the hallway.
There was a vent in the shower that looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in years.
Overall very Unimpressed!!
The room was clean, staff were friendly and accommodating, and would stay there again
Pleasant decor, beautiful walking trail behind the hotel, delicious full breakfast. Breakfast staff was outstanding and welcoming. Rooms and facilities were very clean and the setting was quiet.
Only problem was luke warm to chilly in shower and still no warmer after 15 minutes. Too tired to care so i didnt call anyone.
Beautiful hotel, good proximity to all the Minneapolis things we wanted to see! We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool after long days of sight seeing, and the bar staff was particularly wonderful.

Limited dining and secluded area. Felt slightly Erie with the resort being so large with not many patrons. The spa treatment was amazing
We enjoyed our stay. The beds were a bit smaller than expected. There is no microwave in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to dining. Has a great pool, fitness area, and hot tub.
