Need to do it more clean

Kind, courteous, and responsive staff!!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a retirement cake that needed to be refridgerated and the staff helped us with that. HOSPITALITY!!

Comfy beds. A/c worked well. Shower worked well.

I’m currently in my room, after a very long day and all I want is a good nights sleep. However, no chance of that - the walls between the bedrooms seem to be made of paper and the guy next door is talking on his phone at the top of his voice. Incredibly I can even hear the voice on the other end of his phone. Stay away from this hotel if you want peace and quiet!!!

Had bugs and hair on mattress. Had to leave and stay at another hotel several hours away.

Would definitely recommend this hotel. I felt safe and worry free about my stay here the hotel is clean and well maintained. Breakfast is delicious and the pool is outdoors which allows you to enjoy the Florida sun. The property is peaceful and quiet at night and the safe is amazing, super friendly and welcoming.

I love staying in Hampton Inns. They always have fresh coffee in the lobby. This time, the person at the desk who checked in my dog and I was super friendly. I can't say the same for the evening person at the desk. Not as friendly. The room was clean however the sheets had a stain on them. I have never had that happen at previous Hampton Inn stays so I am going to say it was an oversight however, it was a bit disgusting. In addition, the air conditioner did not work well. That being said, I would stay there again, hoping not to experience these issues again.

Very personal

It was easy to check in but I had to wait a while for someone to come to the desk for check out.

The front desk staff was great. The housekeeping staff was was awful. I called housekeeping the lady that works in there told me to called the front desk and hung up on me. The day they were schedule to clean the room since it's every other day the person that was supposed to clean to clean only put new towels and trash bags in there. No bar of soap, bed wasn't made room not vacuum, but they went into my person bag. Also there were roaches in my room. Not to mentioned I had an allergic reaction to the linen that was on the bed the first night nor was the linen on the bed clean. I had to call the front desk for a whole new set of linen and change it myself. I am very disappointed with Hampton Inn as I have been using you all for over 25-30 years. Never once seen a pet in there until my last visit. I could wait to check out of there.

I like this hotel because it has been consistent for me. Quiet, clean, convenient location and hot water always available.

Nice location and quiet but a bit expensive

There is a leak in the roof and ceiling needs to be patched. Popcorn ceiling has been removed and there may be a chance it had asbestos. It looks really bad and I can’t believe they are renting this room in this condition. The hall has leakage and ceiling needs repair as well. Front desk clerk was wonderful.
