Pros:

J'ai apprécié le calme et donc la situation géographique

La possibilité de laisser nos bagages à l'hôtel avant et après notre réservation

La propreté était tout à fait correcte

Cons:

Beaucoup trop peu de place de parking

Le revêtement du parking n'était vraiment pas agréable surtout quand il pleut

Le coin des fumeurs n'est pas à l'abri

Il n'y a pas de rampe d'accès pour les valises très lourdes à tirer il faut les porter dans l'escalier

L'ascenseur est assez petit si on a de nombreuses valises > et il faudrait prévoir des chariots pour les transporter

Des distributeur de friandises et de boissons chaudes et froides seraient les bienvenus dans l'entrée car en hiver lorsqu'on revient et qu'il fait froid il est toujours plaisant d'avoir quelque chose de chaud à boire ou à manger > dans certains établissements nous pouvions même disposer d'un micro-ondes et d'un frigo

Il faudrait également augmenter le nombre de prises électriques dans les chambres > certains hôtels proposent même des prises USB C et USB A

Pros:

Uitgebreide sauna, laat uitchecken (12 uur), uitgebreid ontbijt (was wel maar tot 10.30 op zondagen), vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

de wc op de badkamer was een beetje onlogisch en krap.

Sehr geehrtes Booking.com-Team,

ich möchte mich über meinen Aufenthalt im Nells Park Hotel in Trier beschweren.

Bereits beim Check-in empfand ich den Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption als ausgesprochen unfreundlich und unwillkommen. Obwohl ich Verständnis dafür habe, dass bei der Anmeldung ein Ausweisdokument erforderlich ist, empfand ich seine Bemerkung zu meinem in Deutschland ausgestellten Aufenthaltstitel als unnötig. Auch als ich meine veraltete Adresse korrigieren wollte, zeigte er sich wenig hilfsbereit. Trotz unserer Unterhaltung auf fließendem Deutsch fühlte ich mich dadurch unwohl und nicht willkommen.

Das Zimmer selbst ist geräumig und ansprechend, allerdings ist das Badezimmer extrem beengt. Zudem ist der Duschabfluss verstopft, sodass sich Wasser und Shampoo-Schaum ansammeln und auf den Boden neben der Toilette laufen. Die beigefügten Fotos dokumentieren diesen Zustand. Darüber hinaus ist das WLAN-Signal im Zimmer äußerst schwach und die Verbindung unzuverlässig.

Da ich seit vier Jahren in Deutschland lebe und viel innerhalb des Landes gereist bin, finde ich diese Kombination aus mangelnder Freundlichkeit und unzureichenden Einrichtungen besonders enttäuschend. Ich kann nicht beurteilen, ob meine Herkunft bei der Behandlung eine Rolle gespielt hat, aber die Begegnung hat bei mir definitiv das Gefühl hinterlassen, nicht willkommen zu sein.

Ich bitte Sie, meine Beschwerde zu dokumentieren und bei der Bewertung dieser Unterkunft zu berücksichtigen.
