Pros:

Excellent option to stay in Vegas, away from the hustle and bustle and very close to the Strip. The hotel is new, the room is excellent, breakfast is very goog. It has a pool and a great gym.

Very clean hotel, highly recommend

Cons:

We had 12 soccer boy's from San Diego attending a game against a local vegas team. Was extremely sad that the larger pool was not available to the public and only for rental to weddings etc. The smaller pool was only thing available. Imagine watching twelve 13 yr old boys trying to have fun with other hotel clients. Disgrace locking out the larger pool. The pool also shouldnt be on Website attracting clients only to false advertise as pool not available. 102 degrees will bring humans to pools!

Don’t Come if You Value Sleep
Pros:

Overall loved this place except that you will not be able to sleep during the night. The wall’s are paper thin and you will be able to hear EVERYONE passing by your door late at night and early in the morning. All the hotel doors here slam shut super fast, so you will be able to hear all your neighboring room door’s slamming shut all throughout the day. Staff was super welcoming and food was really good, but still would not recommend if you value a good nights rest.

I would use this hotel again. Just fix the elevators please.
Pros:

We are dinner there and it was delicious. My daughter had the salmon dinner and it was one of the best.

Also the room was very spacious, which I loved. We had 3 in our room.

Cons:

The only issue was that there was only one working elevator the entire 3 days we stayed there. Most days this wasn't an issue, but there was an occasion in which we had to wait a long period for the elevator to make is way down to us.

Also breakfast is not included with every booking, so make sure it's included when you book your room.
