Good stay with minor hiccups
Pros:

This was our second time staying at this property. It is convenient to the airport and airport car rental center, so if you’ve had a long day of traveling, it’s a good location. Parking was free. The room appeared to have been recently refreshed and it was clean. We had problems getting the coffee maker to work properly but were able to get free coffee in the lobby so it wasn’t a huge problem.

The air conditioner was noisy. We usually pre-cool the room in the evening and keep the AC turned off overnight but it was too cold in the room when the AC was on in the evening so it ended up turning on occasionally overnight, waking us both up. There was another occasional noise overnight (possibly a shower/plumbing noise) that was loud enough to wake us up. We didn’t notice any hallway noises or conversational noises from adjacent rooms. We were on the 2nd floor, facing the pool (no pool-related noise either).

Breakfast was unexpectedly busy for 7 am on a Sunday morning. Cindy waited on us and was very pleasant, gracious, and helpful. It took awhile (25 minutes) to get our menu-ordered items, so you may want to get the buffet if you are in a hurry. The price of our menu-ordered breakfast was reasonable for hotel food and it was tasty.

All the staff we interacted with were friendly and engaged.

We waited to the last minute to book this property and the longer we waited, the lower the price was. I’m sure that depends on how busy the hotel is or isn’t. We definitely got our money’s worth, with just the few hiccups noted.

Fantastic hotel and staff
Pros:

Just stayed here for five nights on business. Location was great for me. Away from the hustle and well located for my office and the airport. Staff were welcoming. Room was a great size with everything that you need. Avoided the breakfast on the first morning as the area didn’t look that inviting. Tried it the second day and it was actually fantastic and incredible value for money. At there every morning after that. The ladies that ran breakfast service were amazing and on point with service. Will absolutely stay here again.

It was good.
Pros:

My room was great. It was very clean. I liked that there was a restaurant.

Cons:

I was waiting to order breakfast. Staff kept telling me that I had to pay for breakfast as it is not free. I had the menu in hand with the prices. It was embarrassing. I was the one that was told to. Not sure what the issue was.
