Did the job but nothing special and very overpriced

Few amenities

Overall good hotel stay. Staff very professional and courteous. Room was spacious and clean. Convenient next to bus stop for #53 bus going into downtown. Subway station ~10 min walk. The only thing holding back from a 5 star rating is the wifi is difficult to get internet in morning and evening, and the breakfast buffet is decent (could be a little better).

The only positive thing about this property was the bus station that is right across the hotel, otherwise this property has nothing to offer.
I asked for a room with 2 twin beds when I made the reservation but for some reason I was booked a double bed!
There was no box of tissue in the room, no water bottle in the room. There's only one outlet in the room which TV was plugged into that. So I could either watch TV or charge my phone but not both at the same time! If you want to go there be aware that there's no water, hot water, tea, or coffee in the room. You can purchase coffee at the reception. Property is marked as no smoking zone but strong weed scent could be smell in the hallway just outside of our room . When we mentioned that, the reception lady said that's probably from someone's clothes!!!!
I would not recommend this property at all!

Bare bones accomodations (14"TV, no mini fridge, no Icemaker, no water -except what's available at a vending machine-, no coffe maker, etc.). In short, way too expensive for what one gets.

Clean and tidy hotel, about 40 minutes on the bus from the centre and 30 minutes on the bus to Real Madrid.

Hotel was generally good but too far from the centre of town.

Perfect stay for someone who has an early flight from Barajas airport. It’s 10 min away from the airport and 20 min away from the tourist attractions. There are several restaurants and pharmacies in the area. There is a small but nice shopping center close by. The hotel seems a little old
But it’s clean, offers breakfast and has a 24 hour staff.

Good. But for the price it is absurd to charge for WiFi

Property was nice. If you want Wifi it will cost extra.

Friendly, helpful staff, clean property

hotel not recommended. unprofessional receptionist. with little courtesy. crossing the line of disrespect. they try to charge for a service that is advertised as free on the reception card. I would never return to this place and I am going to report it so that no one has to go through a situation like this again.
