Esta bien si no le das mucha importancia al alojamiento
Pros:

El hotel es muy grande, en primera línea de mar. El personal es súper amable y profesional. La comida del buffet esta rica y es variada. Los espectáculos muy chulos.

Cons:

Necesita una reforma integral de todo! Incluso las habitaciones reformadas estaban muy deterioradas. El servicio de habitaciones solo hacía las camas pero no barría el suelo, ni reponia toallas ni papel higiénico. Demasiado enfocado al turismo extranjero.

Pros:

La posizione comoda, la zona tranquilla nonostante la vicinanza all'aeroporto. La pulizia del complesso che è veramente enorme e lo staff con alacrità teneva pulito ovunque.
La pulizia nella camera, le dimensioni della camera veramente generose e con una doccia comodissima.
La presenza di un banco escursioni dedicato, il noleggio auto all'interno della struttura, la Spa a disposizione, l'animazione soft, il ristorante dove si poteva trovare cibo per qualsiasi gusto, anche se dopo 8-9 giorni poteva sembrare ripetitivo.
La facilità di accesso alla struttura, la vicinanza alla fermata del bus, al supermercato, i taxi a disposizione in pochissimi minuti...

Cons:

L'affollamento intorno alla piscina, sembravano tanti polli in batteria, in generale risulta abbastanza difficile trovare un posto dove mettersi.
Comunque non è stato un problema, essendo che appena fuori dal cancello c'era la spiaggia...... fondamentalmente sono andata a Lanzarote per stare al mare, non per stare in piscina!
A me in generale non piacciono i complessi alberghieri così grandi e dispersivi, ci sono stata perché eravamo con amici e si deve scendere a compromessi, però non riesco a trovare qualcosa che veramente non mi sia piaciuto, sono stata bene.
Forse l'unico neo che potrei indicare è la lieve scomodità del letto, che risulta troppo morbido.

Pros:

El trato del personal, excelente. La comida del buffet estaba rica y era variada. Los espectáculos eran chulos. La piscina grande exterior es climatizada.

Cons:

Servicio de limpieza regular, perp es aue el hotel es gigante! Aún así nos faltaron toallas y papel higiénico que no nos fue repuesto en 3 días. Muy poca gente española. Demasiado ruido de aviones y olor a queroseno al tener el aeropuerto al lado. Habitaciones reformadas muy deterioradas.

Good but needs some improvement
Pros:

Location is great. Miles of beaches. Room is big. It was clean. Food was okay. Pool area is nice.

Cons:

Need more plugs. Only 2 spares ones that I saw. Rooms need a refresh. More choices for the buffet. Its too repeat. Also 1 euro for a cup deposit frankly is stupid. Also 2 euro for a pool towel change is non sense. Paying 150 a night....All inclusive for June 2027 is way over price. 2500 for 15 nights at 7 average rating....get a 8 or 9 rating then you charge that but you are not their quite yet....I will not rebook all inclusive at those rates. Maybe 2200 tops.

Hotel starší ale v pořádku

Dobrý poměr ceny a výkonu

Hotel je sice starší, ale pokoj byl uklizený a všude bylo čisto. Jídlo odpovídalo ceně, všeho byl dostatek a výběr byl velmi dobrý. Zaměstnanci na recepci byli příjemní a ochotní.

Velkým plusem hotelu je jeho poloha přímo u promenády a pláže. Hned vedle se navíc nachází supermarket Spar.

Celkově hotel nabízí dobrý poměr ceny a výkonu,

Cons:

Co nám ale pobyt výrazně znepříjemnilo, bylo chování jedné zaměstnankyně v jídelně. Při snídani nám velmi nepříjemným způsobem vynadala, že sedíme ve třech u stolu pro šest osob, přestože byla jídelna zaplněná ani ne z poloviny a seděli jsme v její zadní části. Chápu, že při plné obsazenosti může být potřeba organizovat usazování hostů, ale v takto prázdné jídelně mi takové jednání připadá zcela zbytečné a neprofesionální. Sama bych si ve svém podniku takový přístup k zákazníkům nedokázala představit.

Pros:

In generale mi è piaciuto tutto, la posizione ottima vicina a una bella spiaggia, 5 minuti a piedi, piscina bella con acqua riscaldata, staf gentile.

Cons:

Migliorerei le stanze un pò datate, il mio armadio non aveva le ante.
Sarebbe necessaria una rinfrescata in generale.
Le prime sere il cibo non era caldo, ma piuttosto tiepido
