Pros:

Размер номера, отлично подошёл для семьи. Большая терраса.
Каждый вечер разные развлечения и дискотека для детей.

Cons:

В отеле огромные тараканы. В номере их не видели, но в общественных зонах они попадались на глаза что очень не приятно. Не хочется даже думать о том что они есть на кухне и как-то соприкасаются с едой, надеюсь это не так.

La habitación y el baño estaba bastante bien
Somos repetidores y residentes en Lanzarote por ello te regalan las entradas al Spa

Los colchones demasiados flojos se hundían bastante
El sábado la cena estaba pasable
Los almuerzos son muy simples casi igual la comida.
Los Snaks del bar piscinas dejan mucho que desear, tienen mini bocadillos pero… uno solo queso - solo jamón - solo salami, etc mi pregunta es porque no los hacen mixtos…en fin…
Antes te daban frutos secos si los pedías en el bar piscinas ahora no…
Las marcas de bebidas por ejemplo el Ron Arehucas antes te las incluían en el todo incluido
Ahora también tienes que dejar 1€ de depósito al pedir la bebida que te devuelven al entregar el vaso…
Antes habían vasos de cartón para coger agua en el bar piscina ahora si no tienes 1€ no te lo dan
Por la noche antes te daban las botellitas de agua para la habitación, ahora subes en vasos de cartón o te cobran 2,20€ por la botellita aún teniendo el todo incluido es una estafa el precio, mínimo ponerlas más baratas
Las zonas de juegos bastantes descuidadas una de ellas es el mini golf
Pero lo menos que me gusto es que el día antes te dejan un papel donde poner el agradecimiento etc y al final que les puntúes 9/10 en la encuesta
Hemos ido más de 10 veces a este hotel hablamos con conocimiento de causa
