Decepción
Cons:

Cuatro estrellas que non llegan ni a dos. Las instalaciones son antiguas y las habitaciones y baño necesitan una reforma urgente. Hay desconchones en las paredes, marcos de puerta semipodridos, hemos visto cucarachas... lo peor, invasión de mosquitos en la habitación; por si fuera poco, muchísimo ruido de los aviones, el aeropuerto está literalmente al lado. No recomendaría NUNCA

Pros:

Location close to airport, staff good. Parking on site helpful.

Cons:

Beds so soft and lumpy, air con ancient and barely functional. Some areas of the hotel felt dated and like they were in need of repair, like the children's playground. Some further info on how to rent towels and how the restaurants worked would have been useful at reception. Entertainment area in evening so busy, not enough seating, and very hot!

Lo más que me gustó fue la limpieza y el trato personal,

Cons:

La comida se podría mejorar,y lo que más me molestó que incluso lo comenté en el hotel fue el ruido de los ascensores,no sé podía dormir,lo siento pero no. Podíamos descansar,

El Spa es muy completo. La comida muy variada. Es un hotel con varios restaurantes temáticos. Ademas tiene tiendas, peluquería y gimnasio. La zona de piscina está muy bien

Cons:

En este hotel hay habitaciones que están reformadas y otras no. Estuvimos en una habitación que pese a ser de las mejores por las vistas y la cercanía al mar, tenía varias cosas que se pueden mejorar, como el aire acondicionado que apenas se notaba, o la míni nevera, que no enfriaba absolutamente nada. En la ducha el agua salía a ráfagas caliente y fría. No tendría que ser el mismo precio por una habitación reformada que por una que no lo está....... hay una gran diferencia

Séjour très agréable, mais pas grâce à l’hôtel..

L’emplacement est idéal ! Juste en face de la plage, l’hôtel est très grand, il propose plusieurs services les chambres sont belles et c’est très agréable d’avoir un balcon

Malheureusement, notre arrivée, rien ne s’est passé comme prévu, nous avions réservé une chambre supérieur vue mer, et la déception fut grande lorsque nous avons ouvert la porte une chambre standard avec une décoration extrêmement vieillotte et une vue sur un autre bâtiment.. après avoir demandé à l’établissement de nous donner la chambre commandée et régler, ils nous ont clairement expliqué que ce n’était pas possible que tout était complet et qu’il fallait attendre 24 heures avant d’avoir la chambre souhaitée.. de plus, l’établissement est très sale à cause de la fréquentation, énormément de Famille anglaise qui laisse traîner leurs déchets partout une course transat dès 8h du matin pour que personne ne soit dessus toute la journée et la nourriture du All In inclusif qui était vraiment mauvaise…
