Hôtel de dernière minute (1 seule nuit) proche aéroport mais à éviter pour un séjour.
Pros:

La chambre était confortable. Bonne literie et les produits gel douche et shampoing de bonne qualité.

Cons:

En revanche la salle de restaurant (buffet) était un vrai cauchemar. Très bruyante. Un cantine scolaire. Et 26 euros le repas à volonté avec boissons très cher pour la qualité proposée. La décoration de l'hôtel (couloirs jaunes) horrible. Et très bruyant. Pas d'insonorisation. Bruits de la salle d'animations qui remonte dans les étages. Dans la chambre, le café dosette de très mauvaise qualité. Les WC dans la même pièce que la douche.

El Personal es muy amable, soy alérgica al ajo y se preocuparon para hacerme mis comidas sin este ingrediente. Increíbles

Cons:

Fue una muy mala experiancia, la habitación estaba sucia y con humedades, en el baño las esquinas estaban amarillas del sucio acumulado. La habitación en el techo con húmeda y el televisor en otra estancia donde estaba un sofá en muy malas condiciones y que no apetecía sentarse. En línea general Hotel muy descuidado. Las paredes de los pasillos estaban desconchadas y rotas.

We changed rooms when we arrived to a superior room

Cons:

The evening meal wasn’t great. Most of the food was only lukewarm which I was concerned about. So there was a few evenings that we didn’t eat in the hotel and we ate elsewhere
The standard room doesn’t have a walk in shower and that’s why we changed rooms as I walk with a cane and couldn’t manage the shower in the bathtub
There was nowhere to get a takeaway coffee which I think is something that people would really appreciate

Nichts und das Booking.com nach all unseren Bewertungen und Schreiben danach noch zu fragen ist eine Frechheit

Möbel gehören auf den Sperrmüll alles abgewohnt .Essen kalt und Geschirr mußte man auf Sauberkeit prüfen kein 4 Sterne Hotel keine ordentliche Bar am Abend Kinderprogramm und laut .Für älteres Publikum eine Zumutung auch Abends Kaffee aus Pappbechern. Anstehen nach einem Drink .Tische an der Poolbar und auch Abends werden nicht sauber gehalten bsw abgeräumt. Der schlechteste Urlaub den wir jemals erlebt haben .Und seitens Booking.com keinerlei Hilfestellung nur bla bla.

The room was noisy from the wind, it was like a massive 1960 block of flats, badly needs updating, all around the pool area needed a good tidy, food was ok, nowhere to sit on an evening for a quiet drink just a noisey area with lots of kids

El hotel es muy completo, la habitación muy amplia y la chica que me ha atendido muy amable y atenta.

Cons:

Se nota que el hotel tiene tiempo y las habitaciones necesitan una mano de pintura, la pared de mi habitación estaba rayada y marcada, se necesita pintar y la habitación quedaría lista. Otro punto es que si abrías la puerta de la terraza te venía el olor de la cocina ya que estaba justo debajo. Por lo demás todo muy bien.

Buena ubicación, buenas instalaciones. A destacar su piscina climatizada y amplia habitación.

A mejorar:
1.Colchones hundidos que dificultan el descanso.
2. El snack del bar piscina muy escaso, muy poca variedad para un 4 estrellas con todo incluido.
3. Necesita renovación... No está a la altura de un 4 estrellas.

Cons:

Las habitaciones parecían estar en reformas, lo que realmente ocurría era mal mantenimiento. Enchufes colgando, escaleras en la habitación rotas, zócalos que faltaban, manivela de la puerta que se quedaba en tu mano, tablas sueltas...mejor entrar con casco y botas de protección. Tres veces tuvimos que cambiar de habitación. En vez de llegar a descansar, llegas y tienes que empezar a cambiar de habitaciones. En recepción nos decían que "ellos no saben el estado de las habitaciones"... increíble.

Nel complesso ottimo hotel
Pros:

dimensioni e confort della camera.
Bella e lunghissima passeggiata appena si esce dall' hotel con spiagge nelle vicinanze.
Spa non molto grande ma ben tenuta. Mia moglie ha apprezzato molto anche i massaggi.
Come clienti booking upgrade gratuito e due ingressi omaggio alla spa.

Cons:

l'aeroporto è molto vicino e il rumore degli aerei a volte può dare fastidio.
Molto scomoda la cauzione per i bicchieri in piscina. Non capisco di cosa hanno paura sono bicchieri di plastica non te li porti certo a casa.
