Excellent service and full set of cosy warm facilities. Fantastic stay.
Pros:

Exceptionnaly warm atmosphère in the lobby and restaurants or bar. Very great and nice staff, fantastic breakfast, nice sauna and hall an and ice backet! Very close to slopes and the ski set in the basement with great nice staff.

Cons:

We had some technical issue with the room but this was immediately solved and we were compensated in different mener and in a very nice way. Thanks

Cons:

Although the cleaning staff is putting very good effort to clean and to keep the place tidy, the bad smell on the hallway of the 2nd floor was quite unpleasant..

I really enjoyed my stay. The bar, restaurant and spa were all very good. Staff very friendly and very close to slopes/restaurants and shops of Val d’Isere

Cons:

The ski room/shop is very small - too small for so many guests. Also needs to be a rack to leave skis and poles at top of stairs when returning after a day of skiing
