Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay. Whenever I requested that my room be cleaned, my request was always taken care of promptly. The breakfasts were very good, and I especially appreciated that the menu changed from time to time, as I think this is very important for guests staying for several days.
The hotel grounds are incredibly green and beautiful. It feels almost as if you are in Bali, which creates a very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere.

Cons:

The only thing I was unlucky with was having noisy neighbors. I think it would be a good idea to have a clear hotel policy and inform guests about quiet hours, especially after 11 p.m. or midnight.
Guests should be reminded to close and open their doors quietly and avoid speaking loudly in the corridors when leaving their rooms. If there are any issues or disagreements, they should be discussed inside the room rather than loudly in the hallway, as the noise can disturb other guests.
I believe this would make the stay much more comfortable and relaxing for everyone.

مسابح متعدد للكبار والصغار

عدم توفير المياه والشاهي القهوة بصفة يوميه توفيرها فقط اول يوم الدخول

Nous avons payé un prix très élevé pour ce séjour de quatre jours en nous attendant à une prestation de qualité. Malheur

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war gut. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Die Zimmer haben jetzt nicht geblitzt vor Sauberkeit, es war ok.. leider hatte wir am ersten Abend eine riesige Kakerlake im Zimmer , die flog plötzlich von der Decke und viel auf das Kissen meiner Tochter, wir haben Sie eingefangen und raus gebracht, danach haben wir auch keine mehr gesehen. Ich hatte so den Eindruck das dieses Hotel nicht so auf Kinder ausgerichtet ist, alle waren super nett keine Frage, aber Kinder haben da nicht so den Spaß würde ich jetzt mal sagen. Im Großen und ganzen war der Aufenthalt ok.

Boa decoração, excelentes refeições (tanto pequeno almoço como jantar), instalações muito agradáveis, boa localização.

Cons:

A única coisa que me impede de atribuir a classificação Excepcional é o facto de o ar condicionado ser fraco e não ser regulável.

The actual price was not worth it for the looks of the hotel, the rooms was very old . It looks like a 3 star instead of 4.
