Surprising and disappointing all at the same time - but would stay again!
Pros:

The place is gorgeous and the pool areas great! I love the courtyard with the church too! So gorgeous - BUT my room was very small with a tiny window looking at an external wall. The room was quite dated, but had everything you need. I would reccommend staying here but maybe upgrade to a good room if you can

Lack of security - personal items and bags stolen from our sun loungers. No security checks on guests entering hotel and non-gated side entrance for non guests to walk in to the sun loungers area.

I had booked two months ahead…
Pros:

"I had booked two months ahead and asked for the exact room where my partner and I stayed last year, looking forward to a romantic return visit. But when we arrived, I was given a completely different room. After I spoke up, they moved us to a third room instead. I couldn't really make sense of their explanation, especially since the room I actually booked (and had a confirmation email for) sat empty during our whole stay. It feels like this hotel isn't interested in building a base of regular customers, but focuses more on random bookings through travel agents. I usually love this place, which is why this experience was so disappointing."

Andra sommar på detta hotell. Vi kommer tillbaka snart igen!
Finns allt man kan önska sig! Pool spa området, stor pool, barnpool! Mycket trevligt personal! Rummen fina å fresha lite enkla. Vi valde rum med stor balkong! Samt halvpension. Stor frukostbuffé! Middag olika rätter varje kväll! Endast 5 minuter till havet Finns möjlighet att köpa lunch. 15 minuters promenad till Peuro Banus. Hotellet gärna bokar taxi om man ber om det. Taxi billigare än i sverge. Billigare boka via hotellet eller plocka på stan, kostar hälften än att boka via bolt eller Uber.
