Very clean rooms, super comfy bed. New towels everyday. Heated floors and all. Staff is very friendly. 7/11 store nearby for quick snacks. Close to both bus stops and metro station.
There was no spa however, apparently. But I remember seeing the photos when booking. Very unclear communication on that. Also make sure to close the windows before bed because staff always keeps them open/unlocked after cleaning.

Good value hotel
The location and staff were both lovely! Super handy to get to the subway and bus routes.
Room was very specious with a double door section for shoes.
The hotel was nice and clean overall. We booked a room for two, and it was spacious enough for me and my friend to feel comfortable. The hotel was also just a few minutes' walk from the station, which was convenient during the day. It has a near 711 and GS25 convenience store too.
I do think the room could use some improvements — a few areas were a bit worn, with some stains and minor damages that made it feel less clean than expected. At night, the quiet, dark neighborhood felt a bit scary.

Night shift guy is so kind,but daytime sift guy is terrible.
I didn’t trust daytime receptionist anymore. He didn’t work as a receptionist.
I asked to call a taxi at 9 when it was at 8. And i went down to the reception at 8:45. He said that it was impossible to call a taxi now.
Location, not that far from the train station
Room cleanliness: poor! I could feel that the floor was dirty, and the white towel on the floor was definitely filled with dust
Bed: there was a stain on the bedsheets...
Toilet: the tap looks dirty (see the photos), the towels provided were also dusty and not clean. If you would like to continue with your stay at Olive Hotel, do bring your own towels. Also, there was a used toothpaste, and bug spray (was told to have our rooms cleaned by the receptionist or else bugs will enter)
Aircon: Initially thought the aircon was down, but the receptionist told us that the weather is cooling so there will not be any air-con. However, it was noisy when we left the windows open for the room to air, did not sleep well that night.
The stay was not expensive, but I do believe cleanliness has to be of a certain standard
In the end, we only stayed for 1 night and booked another hotel to stay as it was very uncomfortable

LOCATION IS GOOD. JUST WALK WITHIN 1 MINUTES, HAVE BUS STOP , EMART 24 HOURS , DOBI,EVEN A SMALL SHOPPING MART THAT OFFER REASONABLE PRICE OF GOODS.
MAYBE ROOM ABIT OLD, JUST ABIT SMALL. BUT IS VERY GOOD FOR COUPLE.
