Location. The driver who picked me up was asbsolutely wonderful, very professional, helpful and he really cared. Also, the driver who took me to the airport was great!!!

Cons:

Upon entrance the reception staff was not helpful. The hotel is not ideal for comfort, but ideal for convenience because of location. Breakfast starts at 6am. So, if you are on an early flight it would not be ideal. No room service, no porters to help with bags. I was told by the receptionist i have to push the porter trolley myself. No water in the room.

Was our third visit to this hotel which has gone way down hill from 3 years ago. Shuttle drivers were nice & helpf
Pros:

Is close to airport & Chops restaurant.

Cons:

Receptionist-Battel was extremely poorly spoken-could not understand her & she was horribly informed & not helpful at all. She was borderline rude.

Best Place to Be
Pros:

We booked for one night with a shuttle pick-up from the airport. They picked us up when our flight arrived late at night - the shuttle arrived very quickly and our driver helped load all our baggage and assisted our disabled person into the van. Check-in was quick, staff was efficient and friendly. THEN we woke up ill the next morning and they allowed us to extend our stay day by day for six more days! They were so kind and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a nice comfy arm chair. The coffee in the lobby and breakfast room was super good. We miss it. The breakfast is so nice - they have everything every morning: waffles, some type of egg, some type of potato or biscuits & gravy, some type of breakfast meat, different pastries and breads, grits, oatmeal, cold cereals, fresh fruit, tea, juices - I'm sure that I'm forgetting something. They made sure that the food was kept filled up and fresh. DoorDash and Wal-Mart deliver there (we needed them since we were stuck in the room busy being ill). The cleaning crew were on top of things and very respectful. If we asked for anything like extra pillows or towels they had it to us immediately. The staff were so kind and supportive during our illness. We used their shuttle to take us back to the airport when we were finally able to fly home and even though it was 5:30 in the morning, our driver was helpful and supportive. Finally, I left my tablet in the room and they are working with me to get it back home. If we had to travel across the country and be ill, this place was the best place to be.
