Great Stay
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, both at the front desk and in the breakfast area. Nice selection of breakfast choices. The rooms were spacious and clean.

No doubt, we would come back
Pros:

The idea of digital check-in and bypass the front desk.

Cons:

The night temps were in the 40s. I had trouble getting heat in the room. The fan was blowing cool air vs heat. 2. Digital check-in was a great idea, we thought, but didn't work each time. When i arrived, I still had to go to the front desk, and show my ID before using it. 3. Housekeeping knocked at 9am! Why??? ...when check-out is not til 12noon! 🫤☹️

We had a great stay with a little inconvenience.
Pros:

Easy to get to. Staff was nice. Beds were VERY comfortable! Breakfast was good!

Cons:

The elevator did not work going down.

Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. Room was very spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Need better access from University Drive. You have to take Harvey Rd. and then get on the access road to get to the hotel. Very inconvenient especially when the entrance can get blocked if the traffic is heavy at the University Drive traffic light.
