We loved the hotel it was amazing the pool and rooms were excellent . Entertainment staff (David) were amazing . 10/10 however ….
The staff at the pool restaurant were so horrible and so rude to me. I rang the property in advance of my trip to mention that I would like to pay with cash for my drinks . Each time I got a drink at the pool and said I will pay with cash the workers would look at me in disgust and made me feel very awkward . As I was paying with cash each time, they were also adding some of the drinks to our room tab even though I was paying the bill each time. I luckily spotted this after a couple days, would not be nice seeing this while trying to check out. We also did not get change back from the bill (large amounts) numerous times. I had to chase it up 3/4 hours later. This was not a nice way to treat me and I felt upset. Also, at the restaurant at the pool , I was told I cannot eat there due to me not having a t shirt on . I understand this as this was my fault , however 5 minutes later multiple other men sat down at this restaurant no problem even though they were not wearing a t shirt . It was almost like a double standard and I was treating very unfairly for absolutely no reason .

The people are incredibly kind and helpful. I would especially like to mention Anna at the reception! Everything is spotlessly clean, with a lovely fresh scent everywhere.

The view from walking into the hotel breathtaking. Rooms outstanding. Bed really comfortable. Felt like a 5 star hotel.
كانت إقامتي رائعة جدًا، والفندق يستحق الإشادة بكل أمانة. الأكل كان ممتازًا ولذيذًا؛ كان بوفيه متنوعًا جدًا ويناسب الكبار والصغار، مع خيارات حلال كثيرة. كما أن تعامل الموظفين كان رائعًا ولطيفًا وسريعًا( بعض عاملين المطعم كانو غير لطيفين).
المسبح جميل جدًا، وهناك مسبح خاص بالغرف الموجودة في الأسفل بالإضافة إلى مسبح رئيسي لجميع النزلاء. كما يوجد مدخل خلفي يؤدي إلى ممر باتجاه البحر، وموقع الفندق مميز وقريب من العديد من الأماكن والخدمات، ويمكن الوصول إلى الكثير منها مشيًا.
ومن الأشياء التي أعجبتني جدًا وجود رشاش للمياه في دورات المياه، وعندما واجهت مشكلة بسيطة في أحدها، حضر الموظفون مباشرة وقاموا بتغييره وإصلاح المشكلة بسرعة. الخدمة بشكل عام كانت ممتازة.
أيضًا توجد مواقف مجانية أمام الفندق، بينما المواقف المغطاة الموجودة أسفل الفندق متوفرة مقابل حوالي 20 يورو يوميًا
كانت هناك ملاحظة بسيطة فقط، وهي أن بعض كراسي الجلوس كانت عليها بعض البقع وآثار أوساخ، وتحتاج إلى مزيد من التنظيف والعناية. بخلاف ذلك، كانت الإقامة والتجربة بشكل عام ممتازة جدًا

All our bikinis & shorts were yellow from the pool. Food at the pool was rather low quality.
I’ve just returned home from the Iberostar hotel in Marbella, and I miss it already!
From the moment my daughter and I arrived, we were impressed by the warm and seamless welcome from the lovely blonde receptionist. The staff went above and beyond to provide everything we asked for and made our stay truly special.
A special mention must also go to Roberto at the bar—he was professional, polite, sociable, and made the most delicious cocktails!
Ten stars for the wonderful staff and exceptional service. We can’t wait to return!
1- الموقع قريب من البحر و قريب بالسيارة من كل مكان ( بورتو بانوس - بوينتو رومانو - المدينة القديمة - والطريق السريع )
2- الموظفين ودودين وبشوشين ومتعاونين الى ابعد الحدود .

5- اللوبي صغير لكنة انيق والمنظر من القعدة الخارجية فيه للمسبح ومن خلفة البحر منظر خلاب وجميل جداً
1- The location is close to the sea and close by car to everywhere (Porto Banús - Puerto Romano - Old Town - and the highway)
2- The staff are friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful.
3- The room size is excellent.
4- The internet is very good.
5- The lobby is small but elegant. The view from the outdoor seating area of the pool, with the sea behind it, is breathtaking and very beautiful.

2- الاثاث غير جيد و رديئ
3- الملاحف و الشراشف و الفوط قديمة و مستهلكة وليست كلها نظيفة .
4- المكييف غير جيد بما فيه الكفايه احتاج ان اضعه على درجة 16 في بدايك اليوم لكي يصل الى درجة حرارة 22 في الليل !!
5- حجزت غرفة بسعر و عند و صولي دفعت سعر اعلى ب 100 دينار تقريبا !! الغريب ان السعر في البحرين على حجزي في BOOKING.COM كان 2190 دينار وعندك وصولي اصبح 5077 يورو اي مايعادل 2284 دينار !!
6- حجزي كان لفراش كبير و تفاجأت ان الغرفة 2 فراشين منفصلين !!
7- الغرف مافيها عزل قوي للصوت فأصوات الناس اللي عند البركة واصوات الموسيقى و الحفلات تنسمع بوضوح في الغرف .
8- لاوجود لرجال السكيورتي في الليل .. اي احد يستطيع دخول الفندق والوصول الى الغرف دون اي حاجز .. المصاعد تستخدمها بدون اي بطاقة وهذه سلبية كبيرة مع تزايد حوادث السرقات .
9- سعر الليلة 230 دينار بحريني ما يعادل 500 يورو في الليلة المفروض تكون اغلب السلبيات المذكورة غير موجودة .
1. The flooring in the rooms is old and outdated.
2. The furniture is not of good quality and feels quite poor.
3. The bed linen, sheets, and towels are old and worn out, and some of them were not completely clean.
4. The air conditioning is not effective enough. I had to set it to 16°C at the beginning of the day just for the room temperature to reach around 22°C by the evening!
5. I booked the room at one price, but upon arrival I ended up paying approximately BHD 100 more. Strangely, my Booking.com reservation in Bahrain showed a total price of BHD 2,190, but when I arrived, the amount became €5,077, which is approximately BHD 2,284!
6. My reservation was for a room with one large bed, but I was surprised to find two separate beds instead.
7. The rooms are not well soundproofed. Noise from people around the pool, as well as music and events, can be clearly heard inside the rooms.
8. There was no visible security staff at night. Anyone could potentially enter the hotel and reach the guest-room floors without any restriction. The elevators can also be used without a room key card.
