Excellent hotel
Pros:

Excellent hotel and Excellent location. All the staff were wonderful efficient and super friendly. The room was spacious and the plenty of room on the balcony. We will definitely be returning.

The hotel is very nice, with perfect wiews and nice rooms. Confortable bed and very nice staff. all toghether was a great stay. probably if i will have to book again in the area would choose the same hotel. nice parking

Cons:

We stayed in may, and even that outside were 25 degrees C, the water in the swiming pool was freezing cold. For a hotel with no private beach, the pool is a must... nobody was in the water because of that. Also the elevators need a service/update...

Pros:

Buffet restaurant was very good for breakfast and dinner. Saxophonist around pool excellent

Cons:

Last night in restaurant was told someone had reserved where we going to sit and they were in buffet. 45 minutes later a couple walked in and were seated there? We felt very uncomfortable.
People claiming sun beds and not using until afternoon and the beds on grass can’t have an umbrella!
Big loud family groups taking over pool area and getting preferential treatment as giving cash to staff.

Pros:

Muy completo el desayuno , muy lindo hotel , en una zona tranquila , se llega caminando a puerto Banus , el buffet de la cena muy bueno si no queres salir del hotel a cenar

Wedding stay hell
Pros:

Thought the swimming pool area was good and clean as well as being a nice area to sit and sunbathe

Cons:

1 Reception staff on checking said that we could have a room , this was 1 pm but the upgrade would cost another £140,I hadn't requested an upgrade, just wanted to know if our room was available
2. Lunch was served in restaurant, the fish was served frozen., the staff took too long to serve us and were unsurprised that it was frozen, they replaced the food when we said not to and then , just gave us an Ipad to pay the bill without seeing what bill was made up of,they then showed they had charged us for the fish , we complained and they got the bill changed finally
3. Our ground floor room was big but for some reason, was a disabled room with chair in shower and arm supports for the toilet
My wife has recently lost her mother so this was fairly traumatic for her and totally unnecessary
