Якби не постійний гул, погана звукоізоляція і надмірно завищена ціна - все було б непогано

Розташування та близькість до моря. Непогані сніданки. Можливість паркування

Cons:

Якщо ви проживаєте на 2-му поверсі ви будете чути 24 години на добу гул від джакузі, що стоять в номерах над вами. Це катастрофа з якою ніхто нічого не робить. Плюс до того дуже погана звукоізоляція.

Чудові номери супер сніданки просторий затишний готель
Pros:

Сніданки та персонал були просто найкращі! Дуже чисто, гарний сервіс, номер в нас був 139 і з нього був неймовірний вид на затишну та гарну вулицю, в готелі тихо і гарна шумоізоляція, басейн великий, завжди є або ді-джей, або скрипаль на сніданках, безкоштовна йога. Номери нові та зручні. В готелі багато простору та світла. Розташування чудове бо близько до всього, навпроти супермаркет та Boho club, до Пуерто Бануш пішки по набережній лише 15 хвилин. Це було найкраще перебування за останній час

Трохи застарілий хол, де знаходяться номери, але це не псувало загального враження. Це не перша лінія, але до моря йти 3 хвилини.

Amazing experience. Loved it all
Pros:

Loved everything about this hotel! We upgraded to one of the rooms with the shared jacuzzi pool and that was worth it - the main pool was very cold. The buffet was amazing. The members of staff were so friendly. Brilliant singers in the evening. Beautiful decor

أعجبني الموقع و كذلك توفر مواقف مجانية امام الفندق و الفطور رائع و تم ترقية الغرفة بعد مادفعت مبلغ امام الغرفة كانت موقعها سيئة سابقا وكل الشكر لموظفة الاستقبال ANA على حل جميع المصاعب والترحيب ..

طريقة تعامل الموظفين الاستقبال مع العرب بالاخص ان انا جاي بالطريق من المغرب وتعب و رفضوا حتى ادفع الحجز لطفله عمرها سنتين ورغم كل فنادق العالم و اسبانيا تعطي الاقامه مجانية لاطفال سنتين وطريقة التعامل سيئة الى اني طلبت الإلغاء وارجاع المبلغ ولا مانع لدي من خصم ليلة واحدة ولكن بعد ماعرفوا اني مشهور في التواصل الاجتماعي و إماراتي ومحامي وعندي اقامة في برشلونة وقلت لهم بخرج وبتكلم في الفندق وتدخل مديرة ANA و رحيت بي وعملت لي ترقية مع مبلغ طبعا و عدم احتساب رسوم إقامة طفلة وتغير الغرفة والمساعدة بكل شي وحتى استئجار سيارة ..
نصيحة احفظ جميع الايصال و لا تدفع حتى ترى الغرفة بالاخص اذا كنت عربي ..
