We had a fantastic few days, in a great hotel.
Pros:

The staff were all great, the hotel was clean and modern. Al a cart breakfast was fab, room was wonderful.

Pros:

Very friendly helpful staff especially at pool.
Lovely buffet breakfast with staff playing violin etc
Very nice bar menu and poolside drinks.
Offer of courtesy room on our final day was great.
Room service was great as we arrived late after 10 pm

Cons:

Stayed in Junior Suite 223. Room lovely but balcony totally enclosed. We didn’t report this as we settled into our room for our 4 night stay so didn’t want the trouble of changing room but if visiting there again I would request a conventional balcony. We had pool and sea views but it was like looking out a small window so we never sat on the balcony as we usually do having an evening drink.
Appreciated our lovely room with tea and coffee making facilities.
Bottle of wine left on counter. We presumed it was complimentary / a welcome drink but we were charged €14 post departure . On checking this wine was part of the mini bar.

Comfortable and cozy
Pros:

We were surprised by the staff at the reception not only with welcome drinks and pleasant smiles, but also with a private jacuzzi on the rooftop that we did not expect to see . Amazing place to be specially in April for people like us who live in the Nordic region.
