Close to Truist Park, easy to get to.
The Ice machine was on the second floor, but definitely not a dealbreaker.
The room was very spacious and comfortable.
We were only given one sachet each of coffee and decaff - not an issue for us as my wife didn't have any coffee in the morning but might have been if both guests needed a caffeine hit in the morning!
Location was great
The first room smelled horrible. The second room the bed was HORRIBLE. Me and my husband did not get a good night sleep at all. We felt springs in the bed and the bed had a lean in it. I layed leaning all night!
The room was a nice size, comfortable bed. The breakfast was ok.
Some of the pastries for breakfast were stale.

Cleanliness of the room could be improved
I liked that there were several different food options within walking distance. It was also great that we could walk to get to Truist park within just a few minutes.
The breakfast options were ok, but it was the same choice every morning. The rooms are in need of major updating. Our room had a musky smell which was not pleasant.

I enjoyed the coffee, the breakfast and the shuttle to the Braves game. All employees and the guests I interacted with were very cordial
The pool was extremely cold.
Nothing. The staff was rude. It wasn't clean. It wasn't as close to the park as they said and you had to cross an extremely busy street. There was no hot water. Breakfast was closed early.
EVERYTHING!! It was dirty. The staff was rude. There was no hot water. It was not convenient to the ballpark. It was loud outside and you could hear everything in your room.
Very close to Truist Park and they have a shuttle to the game.
The elevator felt like it was going to break down every time.
the breakfast was good, the free parking is a bonus, and it was nice and quiet
the pool felt like an ice bath and was so cold it was impossible to swim. the shower in the pool area didnt work to rinse off before swimming. the faucet in the bathroom for the shower didnt work properly so it was hard to figure out how to make the water hot- the faucet just spun around and around and never fully turned off. the elevators were really dirty and the carpet and floors/baseboards in the room and the bathroom were pretty dirty and had dead bugs and stuff up against the walls and in the corners.
The only thing I liked about the property was the location from the ballpark!
We were in room 107. It’s smelled very musty. A lot of the baseboards looked like they had either bleach stains or Georgia red clay all over them!
The pool was cold as well!
When I went to get breakfast at 9:12 am I asked the lady if I could have some water, and she said No we are closed!
