Liked the property and clean room however the bed was horrible amd did sleep much
I was excited about the indoor pool till I saw how cloudy dirty it was. Never seen anyone in it i assume for the same reason
Hotel smelled of Smoke and Marijuana. Pool not heated, although listed as heated on the website. Toilet seat broken, Staff does not acknowledge anyone. I expected better for a Wyndham hotel, suffice it to say, I will not stay at anything by Wyndham again!
I never stayed here this property cancel my room when I spoke with a representative .and told them I wanted to keep my kings room and some how I was book for three I told them the two I wanted cancel and they cancel all three I was upset became I had to find another room the day of last minute .then a lady tells me the have double beds loft $332 for a weekend I think not .and it was only me and my husband so why would we need that extra bed .i was very disappointed so never again.

Staff
Noisy, one elevator did not work, other elevator sounds and feels like it’s on its last leg. Mattresses were old, worn out, and uncomfortable. Breakfast bar was not that great and cold, one side of toaster does not work. Pool had scum on top of water.
Frühstück ok.
Der Kaffe ist grottenschlecht... Kein Geschmack, nur braunes Wasser...
Friendly Staff Great Room
Breakfast closed IMMEDIATELY AT 9AM.. Even if No Residents were around and plenty food was there. seems like a waste of food to be thrown away.
The hotel was always clean. The staff was amazing, especially Quinesha. The room was spacious, comfortable and free of noise.
There was only one working elevator.
This hotel was fine. The only reason it gets 4 out of 5 is because, the toilet tank lid was broken and glued. Also there was a spot on the carpet. However, I am not one of those A-hole travelers for whom those were deal breakers. Otherwise, the room was spotless, the bed was comfy, and it was a reasonable stay.
Really clean and nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. And room was impressively clean. I was there for business and I was recommended this place and I didn’t leave disappointed.

Location is awful. Hard to find it until we turn back around. Alot of construction.
Super close to The Battery, The Cobb Convention Center and Cobb Galleria Mall. Our room was huge and clean with very comfortable bed, my son said the sofa bed was fine. The entire staff was friendly. Breakfast was amazing!! Unfortunately I didn't read all the amenities offered here so I wasn't aware of the indoor pool (all my fault) but I did note the area was very clean.
We were there for Jr. Theater Festival along with over 7 THOUSAND others who were all spread out in different accommodations in the area. This hotel had 2 separate groups also staying here so maybe 50 or more preteen and teenagers all who (if they are like my son) will break out in a random song from a beloved musical sporadically. Now these groups were very polite and had impeccable manners but the only time you heard them was in the morning at breakfast but you had to be outside of your room and nest the elevator before you heard them.
I am seriously nitpicking here to say something we didn't like but it would have to be the prices of snacks in their little store/vending area. $5 for a bottle Coke. There is a convenience store walking distance so it's not like you don't have choices.
I can fully understand that if anyone stayed here on the same dates and were not aware of the convention they may have been upset with the crowd or the wait for the elevator or crowded breakfast area. Unfortunately that's big convention life. Also for that many people to be eating breakfast at the same time they kept everything stocked, clean and fresh.
