Location is good but the place really needs renovation
Pros:

Staff were courteous

Cons:

Furniture was very old, room safe not working, USB change port not working, water tank of toilet bowl kept filling water unless I manually reset the handle to a horizontal position

Pros:

Beds were comfy. Hotel was quiet.

Cons:

Had to request bath towels after the room was cleaned,more than once. They never put any fresh towels automatically.

Pros:

前台服务很好很友善，打扫房间的阿姨也很有礼貌很可爱。地理位置很好，附近有很多中国地道美食。还有一个大中超，走路5分钟。一楼的早茶也很好吃。酒店很安全，刷卡才能上楼。

Expensive ,but uncomfortable.
Pros:

Only location is good.

Cons:

The air conditioner is too loud. No microwave. No clean. No trash bag. Room is free of black insects . It is very bad for baby. I don't like .

Pros:

Hitting accommodated us when Booking.com failed to answer any of my questions. Hilton was able to fix mistakes Booking.com made

Cons:

Booking.com never answered my questions. They booked the wrong rooms and rooms were not adjacent
