Accomodating
Pros:

Justin at the front desk was super helpful and took great care of me. All the employees were very nice and accommodating. The dim sum restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Guest bathrooms stayed very clean and so did the lobby. Thanks for accommodating our convention.

Pros:

The room was clean, I loved the "welcome "name on the TV. I loved how the hotel looked inside; it looks elegant. and well put together. All staff was amazing, friendly, and exceptional.

Cons:

I didn't really LOVE the view, but it wasn't a crazy negative factor.
