I recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, left feeling quite disappointed with how my situation was handled.
Before booking, I noted that the listing on Booking.com indicated partial refund eligibility — a key factor in my decision. Due to a potential family emergency, I proactively informed a front desk staff member at check-in that I might need to leave early. She acknowledged this and gave me the impression that the matter could be revisited if necessary.
When I did end up checking out early, I spoke with another staff member, returned the room key, and again raised the issue. At no point was I clearly informed that doing so would completely void any chance of a refund. Had I been given transparent, accurate information in the moment, I would have either delayed checkout or pursued another solution immediately.
It’s especially frustrating because I made an effort to communicate early and clearly, expecting a certain level of professionalism and understanding — especially under difficult personal circumstances. Instead, I was met with vague responses and no accountability for the confusion around the refund policy.
I appreciate that the hotel later acknowledged my message and offered to review it internally, but I believe guests deserve clear guidance upfront, not just after the fact. As it stands, I remain unsatisfied with the resolution and hope the property considers improving both its communication and its approach to customer care.

I love the ambience and the nature of the room and area. Nice space for parking our vehicle.
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic with nice varieties, but time is not enough.

Cons:

Not enough time for breakfast, food were packed off while some guests were still waiting to eat.
Add bottles of drinking water in the room for guest welcome as we had to buy water
