Our stay was 5* ! Nice to be on ground floor and our room was perfect! Breakfast as perfect! I wasn’t sure if breakfast was included, but the nice caretaker of the kitchen said it was! A nice surprise! A nice variety of items to choose from. I also like the snacks provided and a chance to leave our lunch in the freezer till after our morning city tour. Thank you!

Excellent stay here with huge room, great breakfast options, and perfect location for us to hit the sites nearby. Hosts were wonderful to talk to and the neighborhood felt safe. Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful property close to Colfax, spacious accommodations with a comfy bed and a great kitchen setup.
The house is old and the floors creak loudly so you can hear every step taken by the people above you… not ideal for sleeping but they provide earplugs!
The property itself was gorgeous with amazing views from the room and the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet at night.

This place is BEAUTIFUL and the facilities are so well thought out. I have already told everyone I know to come here.
This isn't their fault but parking can be difficult in Denver. They have a small lot that has space for 5 cars, thankfully we were able to park there for our entire stay, but if you come during a busier time, be prepared to parallel park along the street.
The Flora House was outstanding, I took photos of every corner of the home. The bathroom was designed so well and made us want to re-model our own bathroom. We will definitley return!
Everything was wonderful.
We booked Flora House due to it's location to the Denver Botanical Gardens as we were attending a wedding there. It is a 15 minute walk from the Botanical gardens and not far to downtown Denver. At the end of the road is the acclaimed Pete's Diner if you want lunch or more than the very nice continental breakfast on offer at Flora House. A block away is the acclaimed Liks Ice Cream.
It is a beautifully converted Victorian house with a large open plan breakfast and lounge area downstairs. We stayed in the Iris Suite which was at the top of the house and really lovely with a very big and comfortable king sized bed, ensuite shower room, lounge and kitchen area and a separate single room off to the side. Despite being in town it was very quiet.
We had a hire car and were able to park in the drive/car park but if it had been full, there was plenty of space on the street for free and safe parking.
Dusty and Nicky were amazing hosts - really welcoming and helpful. Dusty also gave us a code for free tickets into the Botanical Gardens for a visit before the wedding.
If we go back to Denver we will definitely stay there again!

My fiancé and I stayed in the starry night suit for 4 nights and absolutely loved everything about it! It’s very spacious! Everything from finding it, parking and checking in was super simple! It was in a great location, very close to downtown. The people who own the home were very nice and also very helpful.
We loved it all!
There was such careful attention to detail in the rooms, it was so cozy throughout the house, and interactions with the owner and staff were especially welcoming and hospitable.
As charming as it is, it is an old house, so the sound of footsteps above and on stairs are part of the deal. However, earplugs and a sleep sound machine were in our room for bedtime.
