Perfect location
Pros:

A very comfortable and well-located stay in Lucerne.

The hotel offers excellent value, with clean, well-maintained rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. Everything was functional, efficient, and thoughtfully arranged — exactly what you want when exploring a beautiful city like Lucerne.

The location is particularly convenient, within easy reach of the main attractions and public transport. Breakfast was satisfying and well organized, making mornings easy and stress-free.

Overall, a pleasant and reliable choice for a stay in Lucerne. I would happily return.

Etablissement ok pour une nuit.
Pros:

Chambre calme, personnel sympa, petit déjeuner bon. Le fait de pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner jusqu'à 11h et check out jusqu'à 12h est très appréciable.

Cons:

Lit très dur, oreiller aussi très dur et très épais. Tapis de la chambre pas propre. Il manquait des endroits pour poser nos affaires (p.ex. une chaise supplémentaire dans la chambre et un petit tabouret à la salle de bains.
Sachets de thé dans la chambre mais pas de bouilloire à eau.

Da ich mich nur zum Schlafen dort aufgehalten habe, war es in Ordnung.

Sauberes, aber spärliche Zimmerausstattung, Lage sehr gut

Cons:

Im Zimmer mit drei Betten war nur 1 Stuhl und auf dem Schreibtisch war alles eng zusammengestellt und kaum Platz für etwas abzulegen. Es war das Zimmer Nr. 418.
