Ruhiges, und bequemes Zimmer für einen Businesstrip
Pros:

Die Lage ist toll! Der Lift ist ein bisschen Angsteinflössend und die Luft war stickig im Raum. Das Klimagerät hat zwar ein Geräusch gemacht jedoch war es trotzdem sehr stickig und schwül im Zimmer.

Cons:

Keine Sitzmöglichkeit draussen für rauchende Gäste. Wir mussten am Strassenrand stehen oder auf die Bordsteinkante sitzen.

Really good hotel in the centre of town, our room was upgraded for free and we received a complimentary bar of chocolate
everything you need is at he hotel including free Tea and coffee for all guests
also free Motorcycle parking outside the hotel using the city M/C parking bay, this is limited to around 8 motorcycles and can be full

Great stay
Pros:

The location was perfect. It's in the heart of the city of Luzern.And train station is 15 min walk and 5mins by bus. All the sightseeing and restaurants were 5 min walking distance.

i would definately stay at this hotel in the future
Pros:

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, were able to speak clear English which is my only spoken language. The room was clean, sufficient space and storage. Small walk from the train station, and Chapel Bridge, with plenty of shops for food, clothes, and souveniers local.

Cons:

The price was pretty high end of average for what it was, however it was very secure and close to the main town center

Die zentrale Lage zum Löwendenkmal und zum See. Das Parkhaus war nur wenige Schritte entfernt.

Cons:

im Vergleich zu Deutschland war das Zimmer sehr teuer, im Bezug zur Lage und den Preisen anderer Hotels war es in Ordnung.
