Für ein Hotel in der Stadt, absolut zu empfehlen. Super Preis, sauber, gutes Frühstück....super!!!

Great location, clean, and close to coop market and bus stop.

A very strangely stringent approach towards checkin. We had 2 rooms, and they made a fuss with my elderly parents who did not have a credit card, about the city tax and were almost unwilling to let them check-in after a long flight, while i had gone to just get some meals to a nearby market since we had reached slightly early. And this despite me having informed them in advance about returning in a short while and them refusing to complete the checkin formalities because the room was being cleaned despite my confirmation to complete all formalities in advance, and to note that the entire stay was already paid in advance . All else was good except this incident.

Excellent AC and value for money
Pros:

Walking distance from both the train station and the port. Rooms had excellent, reliable AC — a real relief during the heatwave. Free local bus passes included. Plenty of restaurants nearby and the lake is close.

Hotel simple, sencillo ,normal ,muy limpio,no es moderno,pero es comodo ,centrico,cerca del embarcadero,de la estacion ,tiene bus delante,tiendas,tiene aire ac.,el sitio es muy bueno
Supermercados,restaurantes llegas a pie a los sitios importantes,parking en la calle 20chf / dia,no tiene parking privado.
Lo recomiendo ,antes de alojarte en Kriens o Horw ,así evitas perder tiempo con los dezplasamientos.

Se nota que es un hotel antiguo que le falta una reforma ,pero es comodo

Pros:

Great hotel for exploring Luzern. Waking distance to the old town and Chapel Bridge. Parking is extra at about £20 for 24hrs. Lots of options available at breakfast, would recommend.

Pros:

The location was convenient.

Cons:

When checking in, a staff at the front lobby told us that the room wasn't booked and we freaked out, but it was booked and it was so unprofessional to tell that. Also cups didn't get cleaned nor toilet paper was filled.

Camere con arredamento datato. Moquette vecchia e macchiata. Tende della camera in plastica. Bagno vecchio. Porte rotte e da ospedale. Colazione pessima per il prezzo richiesto. Insonorizzazione inesistente.
