Pros:

Der Saunapark ist wunderbar, das Personal sehr freundlich, das Essen sehr gut und das Zimmer enthielt das, was ich für einen kurzen Aufenthalt brauchte. Insgesammt habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel liegt an einem schönen See, der allerdings keine Bademöglichkeit bietet. Das Hotel ist 1-2 km von der Innenstadt entfernt.

Schöner Wellnessbereich, gepflegte Atmosphäre, gutes Essen.

Cons:

An der Rezeption gab es bei Anreise eine erste Irritation bezüglich der 2 durch mich gebuchten Zimmer die nicht souverän geklärt werden konnte.

Im Restaurant war eine nicht ganz so angenehme Arbeitsatmosphäre und ein rauher Umgang miteinander spürbar. Der Umgang mit den Gästen war jedoch einwandfrei, freundlich und zuvorkommend.
