Ciao! Mi hanno datto una stanza senza bagno, poi ho sentito dire che le persone single non hanno una stanza con bagno. Questo non e giusto. Ho pagato per una stanza con bagno. Quando mi sono lamentato alla reception mi é stata assegnata una stanza con bagno. Un'altra lamentela é che ho prenotato una camera per il sabato sera e non per domenica. Spero che questo non accada mai più. Per ottenere ciò per cui ho pagato.

Cons:

Niente. Solo un cambio di stanza e riguardo all'arrivo.

Sruttura un po datata ma in ordine, con prezzi più che ragionevoli, e molto comodo durante il periodo del winterland. Colazione a buffet molto ben fornita e di qualità. Noi abbiamo prenotato per il winterland, che era sulla strada dell'albergo, quindi è risultato comodissimo!

Cons:

Lärm von Strassenfest, aber das wird nicht jeden Tag so sein :). Keine Parkplatzmöglichkeiten.

Lage ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Zimmer und Bad/Dusche sind in die Jahre gekommen. Matratzen, Kissen und Duvets waren schlecht. Frühstück war sehr einfach.

Lage:sehr gut im Zentrum, Zimmer etwas klein aber dem PREIS ENTSPRECHEND GUT.Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, immer frische Artikel, nie leer die Auffüllung klappt vorbildlich. Das Personal ist zur vorkommend und freundlich.
Der Rabatt von 10% auf die Konsumation im Restaurant finde ich als willkommenes Geschenk, zumal das Essen nichts
zu wünschen lässt

Cons:

Die Frotte-Wäsche im Bad sollte nicht jeden Tag gewechselt werden.

Der Service im Garten-Restaurant ist langweilig.
