Tiny space, not a great value but clean and adequate with easy access to the neighborhood.
Pros:

Location was easy for access to all the neighborhood has to offer.

Cons:

The rooms are tiny. And the bathroom is tiny and the closet is tiny!!!!

The only thing nice I can say about this place is the staff are nice and the location is perfect.

The location is perfect and the staff were nice

Cons:

The bathroom light doesn’t reach in the shower, so the shower area is dim. Very very very noisy property and surroundings. Pillows are flat. Bed uncomfy. Free continental breakfast is mid (deli meats, yogurt, fruit, pastries). For the nightly price you’re paying, you’d expect more. You’re definitely not getting your monies worth here. More like 5 star prices for 2.5 star rating.

Cons:

The staff is very average. Complete lack of management. Food is very average. No proper gym. Horrible noise insulation. Nothing is really cared for.

Pros:

small room and can hear everyone get up and about in the morning but if youre okay with that then it is an awesome stay, i was up early anyway training upstairs on the rooftop

Perfect Mix of Style, Comfort and Location

I had dreamed of staying at Condesa DF for a while and I wasn’t disappointed! The hotel is gorgeous, both in the common areas and in the rooms. We were lucky to be given a beautiful, very spacious room with a great view. The staff was amazing throughout our stay, always attentive and extremely helpful. Other highlights include the perfect location right in the heart of La Condesa, and the delicious breakfast served until noon, which I really enjoyed. Highly recommended, especially for design lovers.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing. My stay was amazing from start to finish.

Disappointing
Pros:

used to come to this hotel a lot a few years ago - loved the location, concept and the atmosphere.

Cons:

But now the hotel looks completely run down, the staff except front desk was not friendly especially the breakfast team who just kept ignoring our requests and reminding us that even a simple coffee was extra and to be paid... pretty ridiculous. I felt bad because I recommended this hotel to my business partners and the first thing they told me after the stay is that they never want to stay there again... overpriced especially for the service you get.
