Pros:

The staff was fine, breakfast was average. Old bread and toaster only toasted on one side,

Cons:

The sheets from the pervious occupant were not changed. We slept in soiled sheets for two nights. Did not see blood on sheets from pervious user until morning of the third day. Thought it might have been stained sheets but we washed off the blood with a wet cloth. Sicking period. As we watched to lady change the bed the mattress was badly stained with various body fluids. When confronted the older guy with a beard told us we did not request house keeping. I told him the sheets were not changed from the pervious. The place is a beautiful hotel but the take short cuts when ever possible. Nathan was outstanding and the only one who gave a care.

Pros:

Why do we have to request room cleaning service every day? Isn't room cleaning service supposed to be without request?

Cons:

These days, the room was cleaned only one day out of the four we stayed. We had to request it at the front desk, but they didn't tell us we had to do that every day.

good access for on=the-go visit
Pros:

room had a keurig coffee maker and choice of items. beds were comfortable, night was quiet despite being right on a highway. had a small maint. problem that was fixed immediately.

Cons:

water leak was not their fault! but lobby was damp.
