On the day of arrival at the Hotel, the customer must present at the check-in the credit card used to guarantee the reservation or to make the prepayment and it should be matching with guest ID. Should the customer be unable to do so, the initial credit card will be refunded, and a new payment will be requested.

Dogs and cats weighing less than 7kg are accepted, limited to one animal per room and for an additional charge of 20€ per night.

La piscina nel basement. Piccolina ma utile per rilassarsi.

Très bel hôtel, bien situé et qualité de services au top.
Pros:

Le cadre de l’hôtel est très beau et très cosy, la chambre confortable. La piscine et le sauna ajoutent une touche de détente supplémentaire.
Le personnel est très accueillant et à l’écoute. La situation de l’hôtel est idéale (proche de la gare et des lieux de culture).
Le petit déjeuner était très complet et varié, les produits étaient très bons et frais !

Cons:

La chambre était très confortable hormis l’odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain.
Nous l’avons signalé lors du Check out.

Pros:

Het personeel (vooral bij de receptie) is erg vriendelijk en beschikbaar.
De aanwezigheid van een sauna en een zwembad in het hotel is zeer gewaardeerd.
Goed ontbijt.
Het hotel ligt echter op 5 minuten van het centrum.

Cons:

De weg naar het hotel vanuit het centrum is niet de meest comfortabele en gemakkelijke (vooral de onderdoorgang).
De kamer was een beetje klein (maar met een mooie badkamer en een mooie douche).
Hoge borgsom te betalen.

Pros:

Personnel tres à l'ecoute et disponible dans un bel hôtel à taille humaine et tres bien situé. On a pu faire toutes les visites à pied.

Malheureusement la chambre était collée à l'ascenseur
