On the day of arrival at the Hotel, the customer must present at the check-in the credit card used to guarantee the reservation or to make the prepayment and it should be matching with guest ID. Bon séjour
Pros:

- L’emplacement géographique (très proche du centre ville) et on peut tout faire à pied
- Le SPA/Hammam
- Le confort exceptionnel de la literie
- Le personnel très aimable.

Cons:

- Le petit déjeuner n’était pas si varié que ça, on s’attend à un peu mieux.
- La place de parking un peu étroite.
- Le tarif de la chambre double supérieure par rapport à la réalité et ce qui est exposé en photo.

Goed hotel prijs / kwaliteit in centrum Brussel
Pros:

Het hotel had een eigen parkeerplaats ondergronds die vooraf gereserveerd diende te worden. Jammere is wel dat hiervoor een extra additionele kost van 30 euro wordt aangerekend. De spa service bestaat uit een sauna en een zwembad met jacuzzi aan de zijde. Leuke extra ter relaxatie. Hiervoor zijn badjassen en slippers voorzien. Leuke 24/24u honesty bar en zeer vriendelijk personeel die hun best deden om Nederlands of Engels te spreken als het Frans wat moeizamer ging.

Cons:

Bij het douchen was het lastig om de temperatuur te regelen. Zette ik deze warmer omdat het water te koud aanvoelde, was deze na paar seconden veel te warm en moest het weer kouder ... en andersom.

В этом отеле прямо из номера, пока мы завтракали, у на украли деньги.Это 4 звездный отель,как такое возможно! Камер в коридоре нет.Персонал только пожали плечами.Где гарантии безопасности ваших гостей? За 20 минут отсутсвия в номере это могли сделать только обслуживающие его люди. Не помогли выяснить.Ужасно.Не селитесь в этом отеле!
