Please note that guests under 18 years old will not be accepted at the hotel unless they are accompanied by their parents.

On the day of arrival at the Hotel, the customer must present at the check-in the credit card used to guarantee the reservation or to make the prepayment and it should be matching with guest ID. Should the customer be unable to do so, the initial credit card will be refunded, and a new payment will be requested.

Dogs and cats weighing less than 7kg are accepted, limited to one animal per room and for an additional charge of 20€ per night.

Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Tiny room - so overpriced!

No ordinary tea bags either in the room or at breakfast

We went to the pool in the evening about 7pm on both evenings - no clean towels and overflowing dirty towel basket

Coffee machine in reception was broken (they did put a small replacement machine that evening - but no ordinary tea bags or milk again

Breakfast was ok (fortunately we only eat very little at breakfast)....but definitely not what you expect from a 4* hotel. Not much choice - not enough food for the amount of people staying at the hotel and items did not get replenished.
