Perfect for families
Pros:

Big rooms for a Tokyo hotel and relatively nearby Shinjuku station. Kids friendly hotel and the luggage storage and delivery to the airport was perfect.

Cons:

The beds were quite hard and the day the beds needed to be cleaned and made we just got our bed stuff folded on it and we needed to still make our beds after a long day.

An excellent location to stay in Tokyo and worth considering in future visits.
Pros:

Staff are friendly and approachable. Location is also not too far from Shinjuku Main Station. Room is also comfortable and spacious.

A+ 10/10 don’t hesitate to book.
Pros:

Location, staff, room size, facilities were all a solid 10/10. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Staff were so lovely and helpful always offering a greeting or a suggestion for activities for the day, some great restaurant suggestion’s. Big thanks for Ammi and Pierson (I hope I haven’t got the names wrong) for making our first time in Tokyo enjoyable.

Very close walking distance to Shinjuku station, lots of cafes and food courts and restaurant options.

Cons:

Not a lot of washing machines or driers for 14 floors of accomodation.
