Great place for a stay with the family
Pros:

Clean, modern, friendly team. Beds very comfortable, room spacious and the small kitchen fully equipped. We really enjoyed our stay

Cons:

The distance from the station is not so short and by walking in August with the high temperature you notice it. The bathroom was very simple (plastic floor in the shower)

Great apartment and family friendly. It’s just in a business district.
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and clean and perfect for the end of our stay in Japan to have space and comfort

Cons:

The location wasn’t as great because a taxi to the DT area was still about $20 Canadian back and forth. When we stayed further out we were able to take trains which were very cost efficient. So my Uber bill during this stay jumped up

Excellent stay at Mimaru Tokyo Shinjuku West.
Pros:

The property sits right next to a Lawson convenience store and is within easy walking distance of the Lumine shopping malls and Shinjuku Station.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even let us check in early when we arrived around 8am. The family room was spacious and well laid out, and they kindly provided a baby cot, high chair, and baby bath.

Cons:

It’s a 15 mins walk to Shinjuku station under the summer heat.

雖然離車站要走八分鐘，但在鬧區算是舒服的住宿，在大馬路旁隔音卻很好。
房間設施新，有廚房用具和洗衣機。
此次入住和洋式（日式房間），二個榻榻米鋪位，二張單人床。
有大餐桌很方便，還有浴缸可以泡澡。

Pros:

24 hours access, spacious lift, they had a scale downstairs to weigh your bag, lots of konbini close by!
The room was spacious, can fit lots of luggage’s (big) on the floor

Cons:

It’s not that I didn’t like it, but compared to the other toilets in other hotels I’ve been in during my stay, this had the most minimal options for the buttons (not a bad thing just something I noticed)

Pros:

Everything was wonderful! The staff was incredibly warm and helpful, making us feel right at home. The room was so cozy and inviting, and the hotel’s location is perfect, close to Shinjuku Station and a convenient 7/11 store. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo, and if I come back, I'll be staying here again!

Great location and hotel was comfortable.
Pros:

Property was clean and about a 10-15 minute walk to great shopping in Shinjuku. Great place to stay just outside of all the Shinjuku hustle, but close enough to walk there.

Cons:

The rooms were larger, but the bunkbed was next to the other bed in the room with no separation.
