Everything! From the staff to the exposed vessels for sale in the lobby to the facilities altogether. It's my second time there since I had been there in 2018, it hasn't changed at all, if anything it's a lot better now

Pros:

La cama es muy grande y cómoda.

Cons:

El baño queda bastante antiguo para el precio y para ser un ****. La luz es bastante incómoda ya que es muy muy blanca (aunque es cierto que yo soy una persona más sensible que la media). El gel y este tipo de cosas no es propio de un 4***.

Cons:

Son unos cara dura, cuando llegamos y hacemos el chekin nos dicen que la reserva era solo para un adulto. La reserva era de una habitación doble con cama extra grande. Nos hicieron pagar otro adulto. Hice la reclamación en Booking y al rato el hotel nos hizo el reembolso ya que lo que estaban haciendo era una estafa y Booking se lo reclamó.
El desayuno que tiene un coste de 14€ es vergonzoso.
La atención en recepción fue agresiva y de mala educación.
