The ice bucket was not empty the bathroom floor was sticky the shower walls had molded on them the breakfast sucked the person at the front desk said there is nothing that they can do about it .the place is a shit hole.dont stay there.
The airport shuttle was a big part of my reason for booking with Americinn. Little did I know my flight would be delayed so many times. My shuttle driver was amazing--patient, responsive, and right there at the curb when I *finally* arrived, much later than scheduled. The front desk was equally welcoming and friendly. The entire stay was a pleasure.
The free breakfast was very welcome and greatly appreciated, but a little bit disappointing. This is such a minor complaint, though, as everything else was exemplary.
The breakfast burritos were very good and the staff was very friendly!
We were put in a sweet instead of the room with 2 beds that I reserved which was inconvenient because my son had to sleep on the leather couch that didn’t even have extra blankets or pillows. There was someone’s sex lube left in one of the nightstands and there was some kind of liquid on top of the tv stand so I’m not sure the room had been thoroughly cleaned.
The staff was amazing. They went out of their way to make sure we were enjoying our stay! The pool and hot tub are always great. It is rare to find a hotel with a hot hot tub and all the jets working so thank you! The room was clean and cozy. I’ll be back!

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I wish I had known they had an airport shuttle offered as I paid $25 for a taxi to hotel from airport only 1.5 miles away.
