Nice and professional staff, rooftop pool + another pool on the lower floor, saunas, small gym, nice bar in the lobby area. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed, and the city view from it was lovely.
We ended up staying here by accident, but next time this hotel will definitely be at the top of our list. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a relaxing weekend in a bit calmer area, away from the most visited sites in the city center (yet still very easily accessible by public transport).
The duct-taped parts of one of the elevators did not make us feel very safe as we rode to the 25th floor. But I believe it was just a temporary issue that will be fixed soon. Besides this, no complaints.
Very comfortable beds, great showers and breakfast was ok.
Excellent location next to shopping mall and tram outside the hotel.

Racial Profiling and Intimidation by Security Staff
On Friday night around 9:30 PM, we experienced racist and discriminatory treatment from a security staff member named Victor.
While we were waiting in the hotel lobby — where several other guests were present — Victor approached only us and questioned us as though we had entered the hotel without authorization. No other guests were approached or questioned. We clearly informed him that we were registered guests. Despite this confirmation, he returned a second time to question us again.
The fact that the lobby was occupied by other guests and he singled out only us makes it clear that we were specifically targeted. There was no legitimate reason to repeatedly question us after our registration had been confirmed. His actions were clearly racist and discriminatory, and we felt we were being profiled because of our race. His tone, manner, and persistence were intimidating and humiliating.
When we told him that we would be filing a complaint about his behavior, he responded in a dismissive and unprofessional manner, telling us to “go there and complain if you can.” Shortly afterward, after hearing that we had complained about his conduct, he approached us again in a way that felt intimidating and retaliatory. This behavior was completely unacceptable and made us feel even more uncomfortable and unsafe.
Security is important, and we respect the role of maintaining safety within the hotel. However, security must never involve racial profiling, discrimination, or intimidation of paying guests. We expected to be treated with dignity and fairness. Instead, we were made to feel unwelcome, targeted, and degraded.
This experience significantly diminished the value of our stay.
We hope management takes this matter seriously.
