Horrible staff and lack of WIFI.

The property itself was clean and well kept.

Cons:

I had a very disappointing experience with the Wi-Fi during my stay. I reported the connection problems to the hotel staff, but nothing was done to resolve or properly address the issue.

What was especially upsetting was that, after I raised my concerns, a supervisor accused me of being dishonest and stated that no other guests had reported Wi-Fi problems during that time. I found this response dismissive and unprofessional.

Reliable internet access is one of the main factors I consider when selecting a hotel because I work primarily from my laptop. Due to the poor connection, I was forced to leave the property multiple times to find another place where I could work.

I am disappointed that the hotel neither corrected the issue nor offered any form of compensation for the inconvenience and disruption it caused during my stay.

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold. Nemt at komme til centrum. Der var metro bus lige dertil.

Fantastyczny widok z okna byłam na 17 piętrze- panorama miasta, cudo! Częściowo przeszklona ściana od łazienki- widzisz miasto. Bardxo wygodne łóźka, klimatyzacja, czysto. Personel bardzo miłi i pomocny. Świetna lokalizacja- plaża metro.

Bellissimo hotel per una vacanza non low cost
Pros:

La vista dalla camera è bellissima, la stanza pulita e moderna, le cameriere ai piani e il personale alla reception impeccabile, la piscina potrebbe diventare un luogo di relax meraviglioso con piccoli accorgimenti, la colazione varia e molto buona.

Cons:

Lo staff al bar della hall è stato un po' sgarbato.
In piscina senza bagnino nè cartelli che lo vietano i bambini si tuffavano schizzando gli altri ospiti rendendo un momento di relax davvero stressante, i genitori non li rimproveravano anzi ridevano, a me hanno bagnato tutti i capelli dopo aver fatto la piega dal parrucchiere. È un po' troppo lontano dal centro.
