Not the one expected for an expensive hotel like that

Too expensive for what offered, the cleanliness of the room was definitely problematic (veranda was particularly dirty) and the size of the tv was too small for my room

Единственное преимущество отеля-расположение. Локация с выходом на улицу со множеством ресторанов и к невероятно красивому пляжу

Cons:

Номера в очень плохом состоянии. За время пребывания была в 3-х категориях номеров: с видом на горы. Видом на горы не назовешь, окна выходили на крышу с вытяжкой из которой воняло маслом от приготовления еды и кусочек теннисных кортов. Вторая категория была с видом на бассейн. Ничего примечательного, состояние номера также плохое, как и с видом на горы. Но не воняло прогорклым маслом. Третья категория, в которой я жила - номер Cabana. Когда зашла в номер по нему ходил менеджер с гостями 🤦🏻‍♀️ Номер более просторный, выход к маленькому бассейну. Было ощущение уединенности. Но ремонт сделать им не помешало бы. Очень высокий уровень слышимости. Двери сильно хлопают и с утра это было невыносимо. Цена - качество не соответствуют. Стоимость проживания в отеле максимум должна быть 400$. Завтраки обычные. В один из дней омлет просила сделать 3 раза. Принесли через 40 минут. При этом очень навязчиво при выезде стараются включить чаевые для официантов, которые обслуживают завтрак. Особого подхода и заботы со стороны персонала нет абсолютно. Больше в этот отель не вернусь

Great hotel shame about the breakfast
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

Breakfast was chaos. Not enough staff, tables not cleared so no tables available, difficult to get coffee, buffet/ glasses/ water not kept topped up. The staff were working hard, just not enough of them. We have stayed 3 times, never seen it like this.

Love the hotel and will come back!
Pros:

Beautiful positioning, right in front of the beach area. Great, friendly staff!

Cons:

The walls are paper thin. Sound carries from room to room and in lower rooms, you hear all the foot and floor movements and sounds upstairs. Padel facing rooms also a bit noisy with the noise from the padel courts
