Can’t wait to return
Pros:

We had an absolutely unbelievable stay at The Bay Hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough.

From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Rosemary, the manager, who very kindly upgraded us to a sea-view room. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more memorable. When we shared the news of our engagement during our trip to South Africa, she also arranged for champagne and chocolates to be sent to our room, which was a lovely surprise and a really special touch.

The location of the hotel is incredible. Situated directly opposite the beach in Camps Bay, the views are simply stunning. The hotel itself is beautiful, with excellent facilities and a relaxed, luxurious atmosphere.

Breakfast was included in our stay and was always enjoyable, with plenty of options to start the day. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of many fantastic bars, restaurants, and cafés, making it the perfect base for exploring Camps Bay.

Our room was kept impeccably clean throughout our stay, and we particularly appreciated the evening turndown service. On colder nights, the housekeeping team placed hot water bottles in the bed while we were out, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch.

Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations, and the attention to detail from the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. We are already looking forward to returning and would not hesitate to stay at The Bay Hotel again.

We can’t wait to come back
Pros:

Return to this property. If we ever stay in Cape Town again, the Bay hotel is where we will go. Everything was perfect. The staff was so professional, helpful, and friendly. The property itself is absolutely beautiful and has more amenities than we even realized location is perfect.

Sehr schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage mitten in Camps Bay! Tolle Aussicht, schöne Pools mit Meerblick und hervorragendes Frühstück mit guter Auswahl (Buffet & a la carte)
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und vor allem der Braai Abend hat uns gut gefallen! :)

2 racist ladies by the reception , one elderly and the otger younger. Just because we were black they did not listen or attend to our requests on time.

Pros:

The African dinner was absolutely exceptional! The quality of the food was spectacular; the chefs did a fabulous job at the braai! This is my son's first visit to Southern African, so for him to have a taste of a signature meal was very meaningful to me and he loved it. The location of course speaks for itself, just stunning. One can never get tired of that amazing view.

Fantastic Hotel ❤️
Pros:

The Bay hotel is simply amazing, stayed here 3 years in a row and it never disappoints. Staff are always helpful and friendly and location is perfect..We were given a free room upgrade as an appreciation of being loyal guests and the Reception manager kindly approved a very late check out of 7:30pm free of charge as my parents came to visit and needed to use our room to rest. Nothing was an issue staying here and our experience was as always fantastic. Beautiful pools, rooms, staff and views! We will be back! til next time, bestest of regards Nicola & Mark ❤️
