The perfect Capetown Hotel
Pros:

This hotel is amazing. Terrific selection of different level rooms, but even the least expensive would be. 5 stars anywhere else. The location is fantastic and it's very easy to get around to anywhere you want to visit in Capetown. I give it my highest recommendation. I have never even heard of a hotel that has a "pillow menu" so you can get your sleep just the way you want. In my case, I loved the original pillows but some in our party had them changed out. The breakfast in the morning is a stand out.

Fantastic hotel.
Pros:

Great location right on the beach and among nice restaurants and bars. Staff was outstanding and made extra effort to make sure we were happy.

Foi boa, mas precisa adequar diversos pontos para ser considerado um hotel 5 estrelas.
Pros:

Conforto do quarto.

Cons:

Limpeza do quarto, em especial da varanda, que permaneceu suja durante toda a estadia. Além disso, não houve limpeza um dia no quarto e não houve a reposição de todos os itens do banheiro.
Em relação aos funcionários, com ressalva de algumas exceções na recepção e no café da manhã, há um despreparo evidente na entrada do hotel e na área da piscina, com colaboradores rudes em algumas situações.

Die Lage des Hotels, das sehr geräumige Zimmer, die tolle Außenanlage mit den vielen Pools und Liegen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und reichhaltig

Cons:

Schimmelbefallender Käse, kaputte Gläser am Rand haben nichts in einem 5 x Hotel zusuchen. Auf den Kaffee warte man teilweise 10 min. usw.
Dies wurde zwar zur Kenntnis genommen, aber mehr auch nicht.
Es haben sich alle Angestellten sehr berühmt, bei einigen ist aber noch schulungsbedarf notwendig.

Leider wurde das Zimmer auch immer erst nach 15 Uhr gereinigt. Der Teppichboden wurde nicht abgesaugt und sah auch nicht so sauber aus. Und es fehlten immer wieder mal Handtücher, die wir erst durch Reklamation nachträglich bekommen hatten.
