Work Trip Stay
Pros:

Front Desk was AMAZING! Friendly and inviting, they really made me feel welcome. Everything was clean, smelled lovely, and if I had more time, I would have enjoyed the fitness center or pool. Room was temperature controlled when I walked in, and I really appreciated that! Typically, you walk into a room and run to the thermostat to get air movement because it's stuffy and hot.

Cons:

I was disappointed that for a Hilton, the mattress felt so cheap. As this was a stay over for a work trip, I was very excited at the idea of crawling into a luxurious mattress. (The Best Western I typically stay at has a better mattress) I wish I had prioritized going to the fitness center rather than straight to bed. Also, the bathroom lighting needs to be serviced. You can't have an electric mirror in a Hilton and have half of each side burnt out.

Well stay here again. Lovely area.

Pros:

Anna is the staffer in the dining area and she always greets me with a smile. I've stayed here for years and she always remembers me. She's an all star!

Cons:

I left a day earlier than expected but didn't get a refund for the night I didn't stay and had already paid for.

We have stayed here repeatedly to visit friends and will again.
Pros:

Great location. Friendly staff. Free coffee in lobby starting at six.

Cons:

While in good shape, it could use a refresh - very clean however. The hotel charges $15 per day for parking which seems excessive, and adds up over a multi-day stay.

Do not stay here
Pros:

So not stay here I checked in on a Thursday I felt the floor wet the ac was leaking and the carpet was soaking wet my daughters softball uniforms were soaked and her blackest and bag.. I called downstairs and they said they were booked even though when I looked online it showed availability. They brought a big loud air machine to try to dry carpet which only cause dust and my daughters asthma to act up I paid 900. To have to have my daughter slept in her friends room and they said they couldn’t even offer me compensation back only points that we didn’t even equal to a night .. they also made me kept going down to try to figure something out but when I went down there was no manger to speak with I kept getting the run around .. ridiculous when U pay So much $$ and have to deal with this .. I will be informing corporate about this

Relaxing quiet get away
Pros:

Great quiet location close enough to things to do but not loud and crowded

Great Hotel!
Pros:

Everyone was so nice. Working with Booking.com was a nightmare but the stay at the property was great.
