Disappointed with lack of free breakfast and price of optional breakfast. Standard breakfast of sausage and powdered eggs, etc available but not worth $18 price.
Charging a premium price for standard complimentary breakfast is offensive.

The hotel room was great! There was just a cracked glass door frame. Besides that everything was great
The room smelled funny, beds weren’t super comfy, but otherwise it wasn’t bad. It was cheap enough. Location is pretty good. Plenty of restaurants close by.
Very mediocre. Lights in the bathroom were flashing, outlet was falling off the wall. Seemed like they keep the place at a minimum standard, pricing was too high.
Easy to find, clean and quiet
NEED hot tub and bigger pool
I’m so disappointed in this hotel, we were looking for a hotel close to the mall of america, found this one and most of the reviews were good. Upon checking in, we get into our room and our lights were terrible, they did not work and took 10 seconds to even turn on. The lamp next to our bed didn’t work, and when we mentioned this to the staff, they said they were aware and to “hit it a few times”. We shouldn’t have to do that. After that, we were looking at other reviews and noticed a lot of reviews talking about the shower. So we checked our, there was left over soap and dirt. We also made sure this hotel had a hot tub because it’d be nice; says on the website they do. THEY DONT. Anyways, getting into bed we noticed 3 stains and dirt on our sheets and comforter. So we go tell the staff, and they explain that they can let us “room shop” to choose a new one. We shouldn’t have to move our stuff when we pay for a room to be clean. Looking at other rooms there was STILL stains on the comforters. So we asked for just new comforters for our room and got them, they also do not mention that breakfast is 16.99 plus tax PER person when booking the hotel.

Average hotel stay. Terrible Kuerig coffee pods and lobby coffee.
The handicap accessible shower had terrible hot water and the shower head constantly fell off the holder, spraying water into the bathroom. There is a tiny slope between the bathroom and the main room. Because the water had sprayed all over the bathroom from the fallen shower head, this slope was wet and I slipped dangerously and absolutely SMASHED my elbow into the door handle.
Breakfast isn’t free
Excellent over the top service...Pool was freezing, no Hot tub...Condition was not the greatest with paint peeling in the room, there was fingernails, and other dirty things along the frame of the mattress. However, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast served too late for us to utilize.
Nice hotel for a one night stay, quiet and great breakfast however not free.
