Pros:

Staff was friendly and professional

Cons:

The dog care and biological all over chair. First room, after moving to the second room, the door was broken and wouldn’t lock. Moving to the third room of the day, the broken blinds and malfunctioning safe in the room. In the dining room, the broken dining table, it was like being on a ship in the middle of a storm

Dobra lokalizacja, ładne i przyjemne wnętrza , miła obsługa i pięknie utrzymany i wyposażony budynek. Parking płatny obok w budynku.

Cons:

Dostaliśmy pokój o podwyższonym standardzie na 8 piętrze a widok był na inne pokoje i generalnie nic więcej nie było widać .

Loved this Hilton!
Pros:

The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on! The staff was very kind towards our dog. The breakfast was pretty good, too! :) Great location, just a few minutes away on foot from the Arch.

The Asian host for breakfast was somewhat rude, refusing to help us understand the menu, but assisted the Caucasian coupled without hesitation.

not a huge hotel so easier to navigate with luggage. no huge lines for valet drop off or pick up. shower was updated and clean. great lighting. bed was very comfortable
