The main issue was that our TV didn't work. I made sure it was plugged in, the remote lit up when I pressed power button, indicating the batteries worked, but it would never turn on. I called for help but it was too late for maintenance.
Also, the beds weren't the worst, but weren't the best either. Also, the room seemed really cold, even when I adjusted the thermostat.
The location was great and the hotel itself was nice the lobby and outside. Breakfast was good.
Out room was dirty plan flat out dirty. I went down to ask about it and desk at guest service was gone. I couldn't wait for them because I had reservations. The table beside the bed was sticky and had drinks spilled on it it clearly wasnt cleaned the bathroom was dirty and even had trash from the last guest on the floor under the sink there was hair all over the bathroom floor and the door.. I have pictures of this. I only stayed one night and always travel with disinfectant wipes so I cleaned the necessities myself.
Had a great stay! Jameer and Connor in valet were very polite and helpful. There was an issue with my room on arrival but it was handled quickly and efficiently by the staff.
Excellent. An vi at the front desk was fabulous. Very welcoming and accommodating to all of our needs. Best service we have ever had from front desk.
Conner cave from valet was amazing. Helped with our luggage and extremely helpful with assisting in our checkout.
Will be staying again at the pennywell for the staff alone.

Hotel was very nice and convenient downtown. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable compared to many other Hilton Hotels. Only complaint was my jacuzzi tub in my room did not work. Staff were super friendly, especially Cade Jackson the valet did a great job.

I was charged a smoking fee of more than 300 dollars because they said the smoke detector went off for a time when we weren’t even in the room 😅

Breakfast buffet was great, along with the service. We had two vehicles in tge valet parking overnight. We had no issues retrieving the vehicles in a timely manner.
There was no ice in the ice machine. We don't know if it was broken, or if all the ice was used.
Very nice large room with comfortable bed and pillow
I was surprised my room was not straightened each day. Restaurant is very open and cold. Breakfast was dreadful. Micro-wave sausage and roast potatoes , so dried up they could not be pierced with a fork

There was a beer bottle and beer spilled outside the elevator. It was there hours before I finally said something. There was also beer spilled outside the elevator in the lobby that no one seemed to notice. The cream in my room was rotten. I called and asked for more cream and coffee they brought only cream so only 1 of us had any coffee. The fire alarm on my floor was broken out of the box. My shower had 2 shower gels and no shampoo so I couldn't wash my hair.

Incredible experience and stay. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and welcomed by Jalen who was super friendly and outgoing. He definitely made my stay much better. I highly recommend staying here.
