The hotel is Good! Staff is excellent! Julie, front desk, was amazing!
Location is very good! What went wrong…noise! The floor below the room was thin as a cardboard! I begged to stay in an upper floor, but if I needed a bathtub, the only option was the 2nd floor. Sometimes I could assure that I felt the floor of the room moving! Other rooms doors were so close of each other, that we could hear the slamming doors of the other rooms as if they were mine! If you care for a good night sleeping, this isnt your place!

I stayed at the Hilton Pennywell for a weekend for my friend's wedding. It's a short walking distance from the Gateway Arch National Park. My room was clean and cozy, and bathroom was very clean. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. I did not get to use all of the amenities in the hotel, but I visited the bar / lounge in the main lobby before the elevators. I recommend the Hilton Pennywell for those who are traveling to St Louis for a quick stay.

The building is stunning, comfortable room, everything looks clean.

Nice people at the reception desk, and the bar (especially Mary), they also have affordable parking.

I think that the buffet breakfast should be included for this price, though. Other hotels way cheaper than this one and with better buffet breakfast don’t charge extra for this.

Excellent check in, especially with Maliki the parking Valet who went out of his way to be helpful & was delightful, friendly & kind! One could not ask for better customer service. 5 stars for him.

We had such a wonderful experience. We were greeted as soon as we arrived and all needs were taken care of without any trouble. Jaylen and Charlie were great.

Jalen and Charlie were a tremendous help getting up parked and unpacked! They were also very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend them at any time!

This place was down the street from where we were staying and thought we'd give it a try. Well, it was an adventure. Service was slow, all the way around. Slow to get menus, water glasses had to be asked to be filled, 30 mins to meals.... bit wasn't busy and orders were wrong. SMH. Ever have a kid that is a plain Jane? So went you order a burger ketchup only and it comes with onions and some other sauce, ot has to go back. That was another 22 minute wait. Everyone else was done waiting for that meal. The chicken added to the Caesars salad might as well be left over as it was terribly dry, overcooked. And one of us asked of we could do seafood pasta with just shrimp (no mussels/clams. Was told yes, but then just ended with the grilled shrimp appetizer. I don't know how much more could go wrong on such simple orders.

Lobby is beautiful. Staff is friendly. Room was clean. No conditioner in the shower. Asked to have it filled and it never was. Very thin towels. One of two elevators out the whole time, so long waits. Pot smell in hallways. Very average hotel overall.
