The location is great

Cons:

I was charged a smoking fee of more than 300 dollars because they said the smoke detector went off for a time when we weren’t even in the room 😅

Wonderful.
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was great, along with the service. We had two vehicles in tge valet parking overnight. We had no issues retrieving the vehicles in a timely manner.

Cons:

There was no ice in the ice machine. We don't know if it was broken, or if all the ice was used.

Very nice large room with comfortable bed and pillow

Cons:

I was surprised my room was not straightened each day. Restaurant is very open and cold. Breakfast was dreadful. Micro-wave sausage and roast potatoes , so dried up they could not be pierced with a fork

I was pretty disappointed
Pros:

The bed and pillows were comfortable

Cons:

There was a beer bottle and beer spilled outside the elevator. It was there hours before I finally said something. There was also beer spilled outside the elevator in the lobby that no one seemed to notice. The cream in my room was rotten. I called and asked for more cream and coffee they brought only cream so only 1 of us had any coffee. The fire alarm on my floor was broken out of the box. My shower had 2 shower gels and no shampoo so I couldn't wash my hair.

Pros:

Its an impressive physical property (a former bank) and my room was enormous. No complaints about the staff, who were pleasant and helpful. its located a block and a half from the arch/courthouse right downtown.

but the room itself needs a serious upgrade. toilet, shower--all worn. the blanket had a thin sheet/duvet on it that barely stayed on. the heat (very necessary) was effective but made a racket whenever it was on, turned it off to sleep.

and i wasnt wild about paying $40/night to park my car in a freezing cold, dark and unattended parking garage across the street (that you must pay the hotel to use, because otherwise you get locked out at 8pm for the night).

Perfect!
Pros:

Everything was great. My room was spotless every day, staff were very attentive and helped with anything necessary. The lobby is beautiful, a pleasure to walk in to. Iron available in the room, coffee, fridge, big bathroom. Super easy talk to the convention center.

Cons:

The room key card didn't always work quickly, the fridge & ice machine made a humming sound but that could often be ignored.

Noise level was unacceptably high due to bad equipment inside the hotel.
Pros:

I was on 5 day business trip and stay in Hilton Penywell hotel. My room was on 3rd floor facing quiet street and was clean, gloomy and not appealing. Bed was ok. The biggest disappointment came from sudden loud noise (started at third night) caused by some equipment inside the hotel. Thus I cannot recommend this hotel despite of its great location.

Excellent business trip
Pros:

I love this hotel! It's probably the nicest Hilton location I've been to thus far. Every associate has been nice and friendly! Valet is worth every penny! The manager, Jalen, is running a smooth operation. Definitely plan to come back!
