Personnel sympathique

Cons:

Équipements et chambre bien « usés », surtout pour une suite avec jacuzzi, on s’attend pour le prix à avoir une suite parfaite.

Zentrale ruhige Lage. Frühstück gute Auswahl und reichlich Plätze. Zimmer war gut eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich Betten. Hotel macht einen sehr edlen Eindruck.

Nähe zum Strand und Anbindung in die City. Frühstück.

Cons:

Bett quieschte! Wenn einer sich im Bett bewegte wurde der Andere wach. Kein gutes Bett! Man ist Besseres gewöhnt.

Hotel ist deutlich lauter als gedacht. Man hört den Pool trotz geschlossener Fenster. Man hört auch Bewegungen auf dem Gang, weil die Türen nicht viel Schall abhalten.

Hotel scheint in die Jahre gekommen. Rostspuren an der Badewanne/ Dusche.

Am Pool gab es Auflagen bei denen die Nähte geplatzt waren und das Innenfutter raus kam.

Für den stattlichen Preis ĥätte man eine bessere Qualität und ein besseres Bett erwartet.

Kein Premiumhotel aber solide
Pros:

Haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bei Ankunft erhalten. Die Junior Suite war sehr geräumig und die Betten sehr bequem. Das Zimmer wurde auch jeden Tag hergerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig und man hat das Nachbarszimmer und den Flur sehr laut gehört. Die Abflüsse im Bad haben leider sehr unangenehm gerochen, ich weiß aber nicht, ob das ein allgemeines Problem in Barcelona ist. Die Einrichtung war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hätte mal eine Erneuerung verdient. Die allgemeine Sauberkeit war mittelmäßig. Handtücher und Bettwäsche hatten teilweise Verfärbungen bzw. Flecken. Die Fugen im Bad sowie Armaturen waren befleckt.
