Hizo su servicio con incomodidad
Pros:

Me gustó que tenía parking para el coche

Cons:

Reservé habitación con cama individual grande y me dieron dos camas individuales.
En el baño no había champú, solo gel y acondicionador.
Las vistas de la habitación eran a las vías del tren.
La bañera era mejorable: la mampara no estaba bien sellada y se salía el agua.
Pregunté en recepción expresamente si podía salir con el coche sin problema y me dijeron que por supuesto, pero se les olvidó pedirme la matrícula para que la barrera la leyera y me dejara salir, con la posterior molestia in situ de tener que volver a aparcar, dar la vuelta al hotel y darles la matrícula para poder salir. Esto me molestó especialmente.

Un AC mas, pero en Oviedo
Pros:

Personal muy atento, y amables. El grab and go que tienen con cafe, fruta y bolleria de madrugada es maravilloso.

Cons:

El parking es publico y con lector de matriculas solo frontal. Ibamos en moto y no pudo leer la matrícula, hubo que gestionar personalmente el primer dia la salida con el personal del parking personalmente que llego a decirnos que llamasemos nosotros al hotel para gestionarlo cuando el parking segun dicen es del hotel. El segundo dia, mejoraron esto y aunque igualmente tuvimos que gestionarlo con el del parking, ya estaba listo y solo nos tuvo que abrir. Por dia en el parking nos cobraron lo mismo que un coche (17€) por la moto, cuando en una plaza casi habia tres motos juntas.
