The hot water took forever and then it was scolding!
Last-minute booking. No complaints, confortable room.
Extremely clean and the option to park the car in their lot while we were out of town was excellent. Saves about 5 bucks a day compared to airport lot and the walk from the hotel to the terminal is a breeze.
Had flight issues so I spent the night. From check in to dinner, everything was great. Everyone was super pleasant and helpful. Shout out to Adriana who was serving and working the bar. She was such a pleasure to and was really able to handle the constant influx of customers.
Excellent hotel, very clean and new and the was great. 5 stars all the way!
The hotel is in a good neighborhood. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. I did have issues with the bathroom sink not draining and the toilet had issues flushing, but everything else was fine.

Staff was great. Hotel is new, clean & right across the street from the Tri-Cities Airport, so very convenient for a quick business trip.

heater in room not working. heat in lobby not on, lobby very cold.
It's sad that we were to pay for breakfast. I wondered why it wasn't included as room and breakfast.Could you change this even if means increasing the payment. .

Great property that you can walk to from the airport. The food at the bar is surprisingly good. Clean newer property. I would stay here again
The hotel was quiet and it was easy to walk to the airport. Our early flight made it impossible to use the shuttle, so the fact that it was an easy walk was important.
The restaurant was closed because of the holidays. We would rather have eaten a meal there than buy the snacks and food that we did get in the convenience store at the hotel. We were glad that it was there.
It was a nice room and very comfortable. It’s very convenient to the Pasco airport, which provides shuttle service. My only complaint is that the restaurant was closed over the holidays so was limited to what they had in their food kiosk area.
