A scam!
Pros:

The correct description would be that it is a Air & B without a Stowe/owen/kitchen supplies but with a refrigerator. What they claim at the web page IS NOT correct. The pool is correct and there is a restaurant, a one man show. We were the only ones at breakfast, one day no one was even there. A scam. Majority are residents in this complex. The ladies at the receptions was sweet though and did their best.

El Hotel es bonito, pero tienen su mobiliario bastante descuidado en la piscina y el servicio no es nada bueno. Tardan mucho para cosas simples y la piscina no está temperada como solía estar, han desmejorado mucho

Las piscinas son lindas y grandes, no son atemperadas.
Pero las camillas de bronceo están todas rotas.
Absolutamente todas las instalaciones necesitan una remodelación, el gimnasio no tiene ni aire acondicionado.
El dormitorio (teníamos la suit presidencial) no tenía wifi que funcione correctamente y tampoco smart tv, ni cable.
Los controles de los aires no funcionaban.
El frigobar estaba vacío y no entraron a hacer la limpieza del dormitorio.
Los dormitorios son alfombrados y estaban extremadamente sucias.
En fin, de hotel 5 estrellas no tiene nada.

si no renuevan se que el hotel antes era lindo pero la pandemia lo cambio todo pero si siguen con esa infraestructura antigua y sucia no creo que vuelva a ir, con el precio que pague consigo otro mejor

Me gusto la habitacion, son ambientes comodos, con espacio, tambien cuenta con una pequeña cocina, algo que no me gustò tanto es que en algunas cosas de la infraestructura se nota que ya tiene sus años de antigüedad.

Estuve 2 noches de las 4 que habia tomado dijeron que me iban a devolver esas 2 noches que me comunique con expedia asi lo hice y no es cierto
Instalaciones viejas los cuartos sucios las camas en mal estado
La ducha sale una cuantas gotas para bañarse
Definitivamente el peor lugar donde estuve, me engañaron no me dieron factura por eso me fui al hotel los tajibos el mejor hotel de santa cruz
