Pros:

O hotel é super confortável. É como se apresenta nas fotos anunciadas. Silencioso. A recepção e o atendimento elevam o nível para outro patamar. Pessoas muito educadas, super atenciosas. Ao perceberem alguma dificuldade com a interpretação do idioma se esforçam para entender sem stress. Tive um problema durante o checkin, mas a pessoa que me atendeu demonstrando compreensão e experiência, resolveu em poucos minutos nos deixando tranquilos e confortáveis. Quanto a localização, existe supermercado 24h há 2 quadras. Metrô há 2 quadras na linha 1, fácil para ir a qualquer lugar de Madri. Não tenho dúvida alguma de que na próxima vez que estivermos em Madri nos hospedaremos aqui. Excelente em tudo. Parabéns a toda equipe do hotel. Foi uma ótima estadia.

It was a good stay for sure
Pros:

It’s so clean and everyone is friendly

Cons:

The area is a bit out of Madrid and when we walked to a restaurant some random guy was following us. But the hotel is good but the bed is a bit tiny

Buena experiencia y muy recomendable. Pienso repetir para el próximo viaje a Madrid.
Pros:

Las condiciones del hotel son inmejorables: limpio, cama cómoda, desayuno variado y de calidad, y el personal muy amable.

Cons:

la localizacion del parking es un poco confusa, pero en general, el hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado.

Pasamos una muy linda estadía en familia. Todos muy amables, especialmente Alejandro y Mónica.

Todo muy limpio y todos muy atentos y serviciales.

Cons:

Está un poco alejado de los paseos turísticos y necesariamente debes moverte en metro o taxi.

Tourists are better off near city centre

Buen hotel. Repetiremos!
Pros:

Todo bien. Buena localización. Fácil acceso desde a A3. Buena limpieza. Cuenta con parking que es importante. Pedimos adelantar el check in y no hubo inconvenientes, un 10 por eso.

Cons:

Solo apuntar que en nuestro caso, la litera no tenía suficientes medidas de seguridad para lo peques.
