The entire interior of the hotel exceeded our expectations. The overall “mansion” ambiance was very appealing and lovely. So much detail. It was clean and comfortable. Dress in layers for Patzcuaro itself and the hotel is no exception. Our room (we chose a standard room with a king bed and small balcony) was perfect. We stayed two nights. The bed was comfortable the shower with lots of hot running water was delightful. The hotel offers fresh drinking water, coffee and shampoo,soap, lotions and a blow dryer. The towels are full and soft. Definitely recommend this place. The only caveat is the bar and restaurant are expensive.
The staff; helpful and friendly and go the extra to be accommodating.

The property is right in the plaza . The room is pretty big and spacious 2 big beds and a small bed for a si for person ,a balcony for a morning view of the plaza. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Our second time staying here. The beautiful art from the entrance to the hallways and room is amazing! Good for pictures!
