Achei o hotel ótimo, fui com meu marido e filha pequena. Café da manhã bem variado, hotel confortável e bem localizado.
Pros:

O quarto é amplo, o chuveiro é ótimo e as camas são boas.

Cons:

Todos os dias a televisão desconectava a internet e eu não conseguia assistir. Os funcionários demoravam mas eram atenciosos.

Cons:

Higiene e arrumação dos quartos. A limpeza do quarto é muito superficial. Havia muita sujeira abaixo da cama, do sofá e nos cantos do piso. A cortina não vedava a luz no compartimento da cama, pois estava com defeito no trilho. A porta do banheiro não trancava, pois a chave estava emperrada. O exaustor não ligava. O valor de caução é auto e compromete o limite do cartão.

Great hotel with great staff to support your stay. It is well located for business and pleasure.
Pros:

The staff and facilities at the hotel are always great, and it is a pleasure to stay there. I had a great room and the cleaning and maintenance staff addressed issues immediately once I bought things to their attention. I highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast is still needed to be addressed. I have said this every time I have stayed there over the past 4 x years. They have made some improvement and added bacon to the menu, but they don't know how to use the Bain Marie (food warmer) because they are never turned on and so the food is cold. Their scrambled eggs are still slop (very watery), and they need a new toaster. The addition of an egg station to offer fried eggs or omelets would dramatically improve the breakfast offerings.
