Llegamos a eso de las 16 hrs al hotel... queríamos dormir una siesta, pero fue imposible, porque estaban haciendo trabajos y un taladro no nos dejó.
Al dia siguiente a eso de las 8:30 - 9am, otra vez el taladro... nuestra idea era descansar un poco mas, pero no fue posible. Pedidos late check out, pero dijeron que no se podía.
Sabemos que pueden haber reparaciones, pero hubiese preferido que lo indicaran antes de ingresar al hotel, se supone que uno va a descansar... no descansamos nada.

El agua de la ducha no se calentó nunca, así que nos tuvimos que bañar con agua fría y cuando lo mencionamos en el Lobby la respuesta fue "gracias por avisar, hay baños que son nuevos y tienen ese problema"

Mucho ruido nocturno, no apto para descansar en familia. No cumple con lo señalado.
Pros:

El desayuno variado, aunque eran alimentos comunes, por ejemplo no existía variedad de frutos secos como almendras, entre otros.

Cons:

Varias situaciones; para ser 5 estrellas y el valor por noche, no se respetó la principal función descansar cómodamente, autorizaron fiesta masiva en piso cercano al nuestro, mucho ruido. Esperábamos más del lugar, habitaciones con mal olor, piscina con poco mantenimiento, especialmente en los baños.

No me avisaron que el edifico entero estaba en refaccion, tuve problemas con el agua caliente, practicamente no habia y la solucion que me daban era bañarme en el gimnasio... lo cual me parecia poco practico e incomodo para lo que uno paga..
La luz del baño no funcionaba bien, lo cual tampoco pudieron arreglar.

Never return to this hotel. Very bad experience

The location is good, the restaurant and lobby bar are ok

Cons:

The hotel is under renovation. 4 floor are in reconstruction from 9:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday, but nobody mentioned it, they didn't mention in their page, the renovation is in progress for almost a year. Only 2 elevators out of 3 were available and was in use of all the hotel personnel. The hotel personnel make a lot of noise in the corridor during the entire day, shouting and talking very loud.
