Esta muy bien ubicado, muy cerca de la calle Isidora Goyenechea que tiene muchos buenos restaurantes de diferentes tipos de comida.

Cons:

El hotel estaba en obras (sin piscina, y el desayunador en otra ubicacion), sin que Booking no avisara absolutamente nada.

Las instalaciones muy bien.

Cons:

Considero que deberían haber avisado que la terraza se encontraba en remodelación.
Se caracterizan por ese atractivo, que te permite tener una vida al exterior con sus vistas.
Entonces avisar en esta plataforma que no cuentan con eso, ayuda a que la experiencia no sea negativa al momento de la llegada/check in.

Lamentables los cambios y la falta de aviso al momnento de reservar .

Lo mejor del hotel desayuno en la terraza y piscina no están disponibles .
Es una pena el cambió del desayuno de la terraza a planta baja . También es una pena que no adviertan al cliente que la piscina está en reparación antes de realizar la reserva, uno se entera en el check in .
Los grifos de la ducha del baño y el sistema de descarga del inodoro estaban en mal estado.
Me he alojado siempre en este hotel cada vez que fui a Santiago , pero de no sostener la calidad en las instalaciones, la piscina y el desayuno en la terraza no creo que vuelva a utilizar este hotel.

El desayuno fue muy bueno. Sin embargo, elegimos el hotel principalmente por sus instalaciones, especialmente la terraza, la piscina y el sauna. Al momento de realizar el check-in nos informaron que estas áreas se encontraban en mantención. Considero que esta información debería comunicarse con anticipación, ya que de haberlo sabido antes habríamos podido cambiar de hotel o tomar otra decisión con tiempo.

Cons:

Que no se informen con anticipación las mantenciones de las instalaciones, lo cual impide utilizar todo lo que se ofrece en las plataformas de reserva.
