La experiencia fue buena pero esperaba mucho más
Pros:

Nos gustó mucho el desayuno y la ubicación del hotel muy cercano a la Av Isidora Goyenechea donde hay muchos y muy buenos restaurantes

Cons:

Las camas tienen un colchón muy blando y la piscina cubierta estaba apenas atemperada o sea no estaba en condiciones mínima de uso para la época (días fríos). Además el servicio de comida en la habitación resultó ser carísimo en comparación con la calidad y precios que se pueden conseguir en cualquiera de los muy buenos restaurantes que hay en la zona

Cons:

Muy poca presión y temperatura del agua en la ducha del baño, y por ello cuesta mucho lavarse el cuerpo y enjuagarse o sacarse el shampoo y jabón, y en el lavamanos no salía agua caliente. También se interrumpe permanentemente la transmisión de la televisión en horas de la noche cuando parece hay más pasajeros viendo tv en sus respectivas habitaciones, pareciera que el sistema colapsa. Pagamos por una habitación suite que por su precio obviamente no puede tener estos problemas.

Es una buena elección de hotel para la familia y negocios.
Pros:

La ubicación del Hotel, no hay nada que decir, es excelente, a sólo cuadras del metro, de centros comerciales, muy traquilo para una capital.

Cons:

Me hubiese gustado que el personal del desayuno fuera más servicial, que se note que están trabajando felices.

Hotel en reparación

La suite que me dieron no tenía una hoja de la mampara en la ducha , tardaron dos días en resolver el tema , mientras tanto me dieron más toallas para el agua que salía del recinto de la ducha , había problemas de presión de agua y cuando te duchabas hacía mucho ruido la cañería y los dos primeros días el agua caliente salía apenas tibia. El hotel estaban en refacción pero te lo dicen cuando llegas no cuando lo contratas . Varios huéspedes solicitaron cambio de habitaciones. Ya me había hospedado en otra oportunidad y decidí volver porque me había gustado el lugar , la verdad hubiera preferido tener la opción de saber antes de contratar que las instalaciones estaban siendo reparadas

Mal detallado el tipo de habitación

El desayuno está bien.

Cons:

Siempre paso en el mismo hotel en Santiago y el costo es el mismo, pero esta vez me ubicaron en una habitación pequeña que ni hubiera elegido si estuviera claramente explicado en booking.
