Pros:

So great - lovely service, pool, breakfast and room - we went for a honeymoon so could’ve been a bit more of a “fuss” made but otherwise no complaints for a regular stay.

Gorgeous surroundings , views and pool. Peaceful. Concierge Celia was fabulous. The breakfast was wonderful as was dinner in the Bistro overlooking the gorgeous grounds. It’s very isolated, however. You need a car. Extremely difficult to get a taxi back from Pollenca and we weren’t warned. The only other retraction was the cement floors. I understand the understated aesthetic of the former monastery, but they were hard, cold and slippery. You got lovely singers as a gift, a beach bag to borrow, champagne in your room upon arrival and lovely chocolates at night. We loved it.

Deuxième séjour dans cet Hôtel, absolument parfait en tous points : confort, propreté, calme. La décoration minimaliste est magnifique, les restaurants vraiment bien, le service discret et efficace. Une de mes adresses préférées dans la belle offre d’hôtel haut de gamme à Majorque.

Nice hotel and staff were very good - especially on reception. Rooms were nice, but we did have an issue with air con on two nights.

Food was OK. Not bad, but not great. We expected more from a remote hotel so we ended up going out in evenings.

If you want to be in the area its a good hotel but not as nice as some of the others in Majorca at that price level.

Sehr schönes Hotel, die Anlage ist traumhaft. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite und waren sehr zufrieden. Alles in diesem Hotel ist sehr stimmig und das Personal herzlich und professionell. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank für das schöne Erlebnis.
