Pros:

The room was very clean. The bed was comfy. Breakfast was very good and choices plentiful. Staff was very nice and attentive.

This was a great choice for the drive up from PA for our trip to Gardner MA for a funeral.
Pros:

The location was a good choice to split up our drive from PA to MA. The breakfast was excellent. Staff helpful and nice.

Cons:

The lighting in the bathroom above the sink was way too dim for putting on makeup and that sort of thing. The fitness room should add at least a 5 pound dumbell set (maybe also a 2.5# set too) - the lightest was 10# and way too heavy for a small female to use.

Pros:

I loved how I was greeted, the facilities were spotless, my room was very comfortable and cozy. Loved my name on the screen welcoming me. Also the location was perfect to access my business meeting in Worcester. Thank you!
