It was horrible, the lack of respect, cleanliness and professionalism..
Pros:

I will not use Booking.com anymore for accommodations. You all didn’t allow me to use my discount with AARP. I’ve called your business several times and no response…. The environment was clean.

Cons:

The bathroom smelled old and outdated. The lack of unprofessionalism and curiosity that was evident during my check in with Ms. Muffin. Shortage of staff (We had to go get our on towels and washcloths and take the dirty ones back to the front desk. The bathroom toilet stopped up. Something was biting in the beds.

Pros:

Was disappointed in the facility as a whole. Checking out.

Cons:

Staff wasn't friendly nor helpful. Wanted something to eat 9:30 pm and kitchen was supposed to close at 10:00 pm but wouldn't serve us. Had to leave hotel to get something to eat.
