Other than the sofa bed bedding, everything else was great.
Pros:

Excellent.
Gida was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bedding for the sofa bed smelled bad.
It smelled like it hadn’t been washed.

Would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Very wide assortment for breakfast. There an attendant there to make waffles or whatever you needed. Loved the split room with sitting area apart from bed area. Small area with sink, microwave and refrigerator. Very nice.

Disappointed due to renovation.
Pros:

It was where we needed to be.

Cons:

It was under renovation which we didn’t know until a few days before our trip. There was almost no parking due to this and our room still smelled like paint.

They were putting the pull out couch into our room as we arrived.

The ice machine worked one day and then neither 2nd or 1st floor worked the next.

Not recommended to stay here til renovations are done.
Pros:

Hotel undergoing renovations - do NOT stay here until they are done. My bathroom was in disrepair, see pics, and they don't warn you or charge any less for sub par amenities! They are renovating one floor at a time starting with 3rd floor, so until that is done, I wouldn't recommend staying here!

Needs to be renovated or prices should be lowered
Pros:

The room was big and spacious for one person. The size of the room was definitely the best part of my stay. Breakfast was not bad either.

Cons:

It is dated. Floor and stairwell by my room were dirty and not cleaned once during my 4 day stay!

Bathroom sower is old and needs to be modernized.

For the price I paid, this was expensive, limited value stay.

Pros:

Location . Coffee was good and strong. Breakfast was pretty good though all egg options on day and no sweet like pancakes

Cons:

The fold out bed should have been made. No mattress pad on fold out. We were supposed to be able to sleep five but our room would have been a tight 4. Thin walls especially in bathroom.

The breakfast and location was great.

Cons:

We were given a handicap accessible room-which we did not ask for. The shower did not have any divider so after my daughter used the shower, the entire batrhoom floor was wet where we use the sink and toilet. IT did not drain very well and water was all over the floor. It also appeard dirty or maybe had mold on the floor-we put a towel down to stand on. To top it off, at 3am in the morning the heater started to rattle or whistle quite loudly every time it kicked on which was pretty frequent being a cold night. Neither one of us got great sleep and would have been better off just driving the xtra hour home and returning the next day for my daughter's sporting event.

Mike C. at the SpringHill Suites and Devens Common Center was very courteous and accommodating despite the construction work at the hotel. He went above and beyond to assist me while attending a recent conference and had to park off-site due to snow.

GROSS EXCUSE FOR A MARIOTT
Pros:

Shocked that this is a Marriott property. More like a crummy roadside motel. Dirty Dirty and gross. STAINED Shower curtain, blow drier had old hair and grime. I mean really dirty and yucky stuff here. Marriott what happened to you? This is appalling. They tell you it’s under construction once you check in which is such a scam but that is no excuse do such lack of cleanliness. Skip this place. Staying here is not worth the points, trust me
