Disappointing
Pros:

Location was seriously crap. Your exterior photos are 100 years old. Right in the front of the hotel there are little guest houses very fishy looking. In the room one would not dare to open one side of the window that’s next to horrible. So you land up having almost no day light. Honestly saying have stayed at cheaper places at times with super location and atleast not falsifying the photos.

Pros:

Location was perfect for all work related locations in Parel/Worli. Also 15-20mins to fort and tourist destinations. Value for money.

Cons:

Rooms felt a little closed off but its ok, its prime location in Mumbai after all.
