Well we loved staying their but today 01/06/26 we went to pay our reservation but we were told they couldn't let us stay ni explanation nothing,we have always been great customer and get along with every single person working their so I hope y'all don't take money out my card because it was not our fault we didn't stay their

No sign of roaches.
Pros:

Didn't take advantage of breakfast nor coffee.

Cons:

The bowed shower curtain rod was on backwards and very loose. The toilet paper assembly was not attached to the wall.

Cons:

The fact that they took my money and wouldn't let me check into my room. My mother had a state issued id that was valid. Then they let my my mother and my dogs sit in the cold rain until late evening before offering them a night stay. Not knowing that they owed me that anyway.

It was convenient, low price and friendly staff.

Cons:

I have been to the other locations of the same brand within the BCS area and they are way better, cleaner, and decent. Maybe this is why this one is the only one that was available.
