The only thing we liked was the location. Close to the beach and the pier.
We were very disappointed in this place. No air conditioning in the room. Just a ceiling fan that was not adequate. The room was clean but looked very shabby. Some things broken. Definitely needs an update.
Close to the beach, available parking, room size. Check-in was very quick and easy. The staff member was pleasant and helpful.
Expensive but comparable to the other hotels in the area. Phone in room didn’t work. The “private balcony” had no signage or anything to tell other guest that the balcony was private. We were interrupted several times by other guests wanting to hang out on our balcony. Should have a sign and maybe a chain to creat a visible barrier. As soon as we went in the room, someone came back over and started smoking a cigar when we already asked them not to. I was going to call the front desk but the phone didn’t work. Not worth getting dressed to walk down at that point. Had to close our window to get some privacy. Even though this was a kitchenette, there was no silverware. The clerk was able to provide the “last plastic spoon they had” which we appreciated. I suspect it was from his own stash and he was just trying to be helpful.
Location
Best part about this motel was the location and free parking. It was the most affordable option that was close to the beach, and also situated in a convenient area. Plenty of cafe's & restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very nice and checking in/out was easy. I also liked the outdoor patio area.
The lighting in our room was rather dim; brighter lightbulbs for the overhead lighting or perhaps another lamp would've helped. The walls are thin and the towels are small/thin, but that's about what I'd expect for a motel.
I like how I was walking distance from the beach and from the restaurant
The only thing I didn’t like was when I arrived the room wasn’t even ready and took about 45 minutes. I arrived at 3:45 PM and check-in was noted on my phone that it was at 3 o’clock. My room wasn’t ready till about 4:45.

Got a very good deal and everything was great including parking location staff only thing is none of the rooms have ac i don't think its much needed but for a person such as myself with a colostomy an ac or venting air is much needed couldn't open the windows and bathroom had no fan so most of the smell was in the air luckily I had air freshener but had to dispose all my trash outside other than that the stay was great loved the walking distance to the beach and splash cafe just around the corner from the cinnamon rolls yummy

Great location and can walk to anywhere downtown without having to fight traffic. Beach is very close and accessible too.
Room had cockroaches. We killed about 8 little ones and one big one. Then at night, one was on my neck and I killed that one smacking myself in the middle of the night. Spent almost $600 for two nights and they gave us $100 back.
Two rooms, big bath room, price, staff.
Needs some TLC, no a/c, no coffee maker.

Only thing i liked was the location, staff and size of room wasn't too bad as we just sleep in it or get ready for the day at the beach.
The TV was messed up picture was horrible the bed was HORRIBLE I couldn't get comfy for nothing!! I mean you have a good spot do a couple upgrades to keep your customer coming back how much is a TV and mattress? Unfortunately I will not be coming back I will be happy to pay couple hundred more dollars to get a good nights rest. Oh and the water pressure was bad as well :(

The location was amazing- just a block away from the beach and downtown. The parking lot was tight (overfilled due to holiday weekend), but manageable. Free parking. All of the staff were SO friendly. I would stay here again if I had to just because of the location and the staff.
The bed was rock hard. The room could’ve been cleaner (no fault to housekeeping… just very outdated and “musty” feel). No air conditioning.

There's a very convenient location I will also rent again as soon as possible and recommend it to my family and friends
I didn't like that I had to leave $100 deposit I'm a clean person and I feel like it was kind of shameful to have to leave a deposit
