Evacuation vacation. I had a lovely stay.
Pros:

Free hot cooked dinner and breakfast, pool and hot tub were spotless. Most important: cats allowed, as I was evacuating due to the hurricane.

Cons:

I wish I could have been able to order meals to the room. My phone didnt work. So I walked to the bar and had to sit there and wait for the food according to both bartenders. Not huge.

Zimmer gross und sauber. Betten bequem. Im Preis inbegriffen war Abendessen bis 19:00. Kamen ein bisschen später an und durften trotzdem essen. Tolle und freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück. Würde es sicher wieder buchen.

Pros:

Huge clean comfortable room, great beds and pillows. Great shower. Unexpected complimentary alcoholic drink and food at 5.30. Staff really nice. Good choice breakfast

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing, especially considering the amount of money we paid for our stay. At check-in, the representative was not welcoming and appeared annoyed and uninterested in assisting us.
Once we entered our room, there was a strong, unpleasant odor that made the room uncomfortable. We also had issues with our room key and had to have it replaced twice. Eventually, a staff member had to manually open our door because we were told the lock was jammed.
Overall, the experience was frustrating and did not meet the level of service or quality we expected for the price. Unfortunately, for the amount we spent, the stay was simply not worth it.
