Walked in the window was open there was no screen on the window. There was dog poo infront of the door. I never saw any staff. The room was very sparse, the locals in the parking lot drinking were friendly but at 11pm that could be frightening for some. I would not recommend this hotel
Dirty room, no towels, terrible smell, room under construction.
This place is disgusting. Do not stay here! My pillows had blood stains on them! My room was on the 1st floor, when I got to my room, the window was wide open with no screen. There were dead bugs all over the place. Other people's hair everywhere. It was so dirty! We booked 2 nights but only stayed for one because it was so gross and all other hotels were booked for the night. They agreed to give me a refund and then ghosted me. Its been weeks with no refund and I can't get a hold of a manager or get a call back.

I would not recommend this place. There was no shower curtain in our room. The bed looked like it was very old. The only other people here were people that lived in the building. It smelled like dog. The receptionist was also the housekeeping and she had only been there for two weeks. So to give this place any stars is only because she tried to do the best she could with what she had. I am very disappointed in the people who own and run this place. They should update it. No air conditioning. It was not worth the money i paid to stay there.

This hotel is so disgusting I didn’t stay- it was full of long term residents, stunk of cigarettes and there were dogs barking. The condition was dilapidated and the car park full of old wrecks.
As a woman on my own I felt totally unsafe and left- a refund has been asked for but refused. This hotel was completely mis-sold and apparently Oyo hotels have a terrible reputation
this place was terrible, dirty, smelly. the bed had a huge brown stain. the room smelled like cigarettes, i tried locking the door but there is no safety lock on the door. the hallway was dirty, the ice and vending machines did not work. i checked in and checked right out. i tried to get a refund but the hotel is not answering. i would stay clear of this place. i felt very unsafe.

The staff was really nice, but the hotel was poorly maintained and dirty. The pictures from booking don't look like the rooms at all, and the floors were filthy. There's also zero building security - anyone can walk in and get into the room hallways which didn't make me feel comfortable. There was also no screen/lock on the window.
I didn't see any cockroaches, but I know they will be there if I turned on a light at night. This place is not worth anything like $333/night.
Upon arriving the front door was locked and eventually someone came to let me in. Thay askes my name and checked the cmputer, did not ask for ID to verify who I was. I was given a room key like is used on a door to a house and directed to a parking lot at the rear of the building and told the doors would let me into the first floor. The doors used to have card key locks, but the handles were broken and the doors did not lock or latch. There was a strong marijuana smell in the hallway even though there were No Smoking sign near all the doors. The room had peeling paint and something had struck the corner of a wall and broken the plaster. We immediately called the number provided by the front desk and a woman answered. After explaining we did not feel safe, she said to contact Expedia and the room charges would be refunded. I received an email from OYO a bit after this asking if we are happy with the room. I tried calling the number the next morning, but after being on hold for about 10 minutes and being told we next in queue, we were disconnected.
I will never stay at any OYO property in the future since this is how they treat their customers. Today, 3 days after we left the room, Expedia informed me there will be no refund of the room charges. Nice that a company can lie to customers and get away with it. I have photos of the peeling paint and damaged wall but am not able to post them. I will not use Expediea again if my refund is not provided.
Replace with rundown outside lock did it work dirty keep your remote being at work couldn't get Wi-Fi was it a great place to stay never be there again
The woman in charge of helping me with my reservation was horrible. She treated me poorly. They didn’t tell me I was getting a queen bed room although I reserved a king room bed and they tried to make me settle for it but I noticed it was not a king bed so I called to see what they can do and she said well go find another hotel and I’ll give you your money back. They are not in the business for hospitality at all. Never coming here and will be posting on my social media my experience so no one has to go through this!
It was so smelly
Halls smelled like wet dog and cigarettes. Broken down rv and cars in the parking lot. Room itself was iffy at best we opened the window to get fresh air only to get hot boxed with cigarette smoke because people were smoking in the rooms and on ground floor.
wasnt even able to stay, locked out, no answer on phone, slept in my truck.
