I walked in and walked right back out ! Horrible and unsafe place to stay ! I felt so unsafe I couldn't even take pi

Nothing, the property was dirty and full of late night wonderers !

Cons:

I didnt like the fact that I had to wait over 30 just for someone to show up to work and assist me , once assisted , because I was asking him a lot of questions, he sated if I wasnt happy with the room , I can go back into the office and they would refund me my money!
Once I got into the room , it smelt like urine ! It was old , baseboards were pealing , just did not look safe for me and my 3 year old child to stay there ! Also being harassed by one of the tenants there in the office while I was waiting for the front desk attendant!

Absolutely disgusting.
Pros:

Infested with cockroaches and other bugs. Filthy dirty. Uninhabitable.

Cons:

I saw more than a dozen cockroaches crawling out from the floorboard and gaps between the air conditioning unit and the wall in the short time I spent in the room.

Dissapointing…not a smoke free facility like my search criteria requested…a lot of late night long term tenant activity.

Staff was not happy about my late check-in. I thought it was a smoke-free property. There are only a few smoke free rooms, and the one she gave me was definitely not. Heavy smoke smell in room. The room has not been updated in some time…quite dated. Bathroom was not quite as clean as I am used to…hair on sink and toilet, mold in bathroom. Best thing about room was the bed was comfortable, very cushy…wrapped right around me…though probably too soft for most people. This hotel seems more like a facility for lower income people to live in long term by splitting the rent with one or two three people. There was a lot of late night activity in many of the rooms. It worked out ok as a last minute stay…except for the smokey room issue…but would not stay there again.

Cons:

Room was not secure. Window opened from the outside easily. Maintenance was poor. Most guests apparently smoked cigarettes in the non smoking rooms. Door lock was broken
