Location ok
I requested a non-smoking room because I am allergic to cigarette smoke, but the room smelled like cigarettes and the guests next door were smoking heavily. Housekeeping did not clean my room or provide fresh towels and sheets. I had to find a housekeeper myself and make the bed. I am very disappointed with the service.
They picked us up from the airport. Room was ok.
Right by train tracks, so it was noisy. The staff gave one price for shuttle to port and then changed the price when asked the next day up $5 a person.

I was able to get a smoking room, and the hotel was just off the highway.
The bathroom was a horror show, you couldn't stand or sit in the bathroom and have enough room to close the door, there was debris/black stuff in the corners, the tub was completely black, and lord knows when the last time the floors were cleaned was, my feet were black just from walking from the bed to the bathroom in the middle of the night. One of the two beds had a visible sag in it, and the pillows are those horrible half pillows that go flat the moment you put your head on them.
