They provided airport pickup
It was reasonably comfortable. It was in a good location. Staff was friendly and helpful. I did not hear any noise, I had a comfortable sleep.
Sheets, pillow cases and towels were clean, but bed cover was not.
Location ok
I requested a non-smoking room because I am allergic to cigarette smoke, but the room smelled like cigarettes and the guests next door were smoking heavily. Housekeeping did not clean my room or provide fresh towels and sheets. I had to find a housekeeper myself and make the bed. I am very disappointed with the service.
They picked us up from the airport. Room was ok.
Right by train tracks, so it was noisy. The staff gave one price for shuttle to port and then changed the price when asked the next day up $5 a person.
