Pros:

That I could cancell the 2 day stay we had post cruise

Cons:

Shuttle from airport required multiple calls for an uber.
There was a fire in restaurant and office, not fixed repaired or notifies, no food within walking distance
Rude staff in one of the ground floor rooms as an ofUber. Room was tolerable for just the overnight.
Multiple attempts needed to cancel followup stay.
Shuttle to cruise line extra charges

Pros:

It was close to where I needed to go.

Cons:

The room tub was dirty the room had mole. The check in processes was bad they want cash deposit. That place don’t even need deposit.Ac leaks in side the room

They would not rent from us cause we had company for 30 mins and one of the kid was being a kid with the staff and they thought they guess staying it was my family I haven't seen

Left the do not disturb out 1 day, then had to ask for towels the next day housekeeping never came in after that 1 day. The pool gate was locked and no one was available till after 3 pm to unlock it.😔
